avoid day time sleep. avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after,take healthy diet, avoid stress. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

It's simple. Eat bitter things like bitter gourd, neem, chirayta etc. Wash face with neem boiled water. Apply fresh aloevera gel taken from flower pot or garden. Keep overnight. Wash after two hrs. Keep bowels clean.

I am 43 year old male with a small outgrowth coming out at the back of my head. The projection comes out periodically and when cut it bleeds significantly. Nearly a month ago I allowed it to grow and it grew about half a cm and developed four branches. I again cut it, now there is a scar with the probability that it may come again. Isn't it a tumor.

The common cause for allergy is housdustmite a common allergen in carpets, bedding, blanket, cobwebs. Road dust, pollens from trees, fungi on the dropped leaves, cosmetics and perfumes. Fish, prawn, shrimp are also rich in allergen. Any or many among the above may trigger. Cllosely observe and avoid them if you can. Vacuum your house, beds, curtains, blanket. Avoid woollen thick blankets which house the mite. Use instead the thermal blankets or allergen proof bedclothes which cost about rs 5000/-. Clean your ac equipment with vacuum. Avoid cold substances creams cakes cool drinks chocolate etc. Cool water and juices ok. Nothing straight from refrigerator shelves. Treat well. And prevent well. No shortcuts for it.
