At times when I pass motion, I notice the color of water in the commode is dark rosy like the beetroot. I did not feel any pain or burning sensation while passing stool. May I have the doctor's opinion.

Do x ray of cervical spine. When you on tense your cervical muscle got stiff. Bcz of stiffness of the cervical muscle blood circulation of brain are interrupt so you feel vomiting. When you have any tense you do slowly neck bending leftside to right side. Slowly neck rotation left right. Take hot fermentation on neck for 15 mints.

You need to change your sitting pattern at work. Please ensure you take breaks after every one and half hour, walk around and get back to work. Also your chair height should be adjusted so that your hips and knees are at 90 degrees to each other and your feet in contact with ground. The height of your consumer screen should be such that it's centre is right in line with your eyes to avoid excess stress on your neck. Also start some form of daily activity for 45 mins to maintain the flexibility.

Hi, apply, homoeo medicines @, echinaceaq-20 drops with 1/4 cup of water on face, twice. Take, plenty of water to moisten your facial muscle. Take protein rich diet on time. Main vitamin, proteins, mineral. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user. Acne/pimples persist in the age group of 13-30 yrs. With regular treatment, we can bring them under control. Avoid Oily diet, Junk food, Stress, Picking acne, Steroid application, Heavy make up (for women), Inadequate sleep. Visit a Cosmetologist/Dermatologist for an adequate prescription. You may be advised some procedures also.

For prevention from hair fall follow these instructions: * Do Sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. * Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. * Apply the Trichep hair oil 2 times in a week and massage your hair regularly for 10 minutes. It enhance hair growth. * Take proper sleep of 6 to 8 hrs. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. Eat green leafy vegetables daily. You can drink a glass of carrot juice daily.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

You take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum iode 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 4 days. Take complete rest and have easily digestible light food.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels. **********need to rule out the cause********

Mri report must be interpreted in relation to the clinical condition of the patient. Stiffness & pain in nck/back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

both can be controlled by medicine. u can try to conceive naturally.but ovulation induction followed by follicular study is useful. if not iui can be done. other option is laparoscopic ovarian drilling.

There is no medicine for increasing height. And usually after 18 years of age, height does not increase much. I would say whoever claims that they can help you increase your height will brings you hundreds of more complications for you in future and do not trust them.

The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

Check for plaque n calculus deposits on teeth. Go for scaling n polishing. Increase your intake of water. Brush twice daily n use a mouthwash n also clean your tongue. Limit your frequency of food intake to 4-5 times a day. Avoid caffeinated drinks n sticky foods. Don't eat oilly, spicy, onions n garlic at night. Don't drink alcohol at night. Check for any throat infections.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar.
