No constipation is due to wrong and irregular intake food. And less water intake. You should have lots of leafy vegetables and cereals lean meat like chicken and fish if you are non vegetarian. Go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Do not take spicy and junk food. The heart burn is duebto hyperacidity. Take regular milk in regular intervals. Milk is a good antacid.

Hi. You are very well described your case and situation. Thank you for that. This is a very routinely seen situation. People have to take medicines for high blood pressure, cholesterol, for diabetes and other such problems. So they land up taking tens of medicines every day. So ultimately, at some point of time, they feel tired of taking all this medicines. But the fact is there is no actual alternate to available presently for this. And, definitely, stopping to take medicines is a very bad decision which ultimately the patient understands in a longer run. You should practice yoga regularly, concentrate on good lifestyle and healthy dietary habits. Talk about this with your treating doctors so that he can optimise your treatment. Take care.

What should I do in my heart pain and what medicine I should take and how it will be wirk.

What should I do in my heart pain and what medicine I should take and how it will be wirk.
It is chest pain and not the heart pain but you may be correct, get your ecg and x ray done after a doctor's consultation. Heart pain will increase on any kind of exertion and mostly radiate (spread) to arm or jaw etc. Sweating profusely and sinking feeling are common with heart pain. You cannot tell with a finger where it is (heart pain)?-dr maithili mohan tripathi md, pgdcc.

Hi there. Mostly according to your symptoms it looks like muscular pain. But chest pain which increases on taking deep breath or on coughing and sneezing warrants a chest x ray as symptoms suggest pleuritic chest pain (pain due to lung conditions) to rule out any lung conditions. But it is certainly not due to heart problem. Please upload your xray if needed and may be I cud help you with that. If severe please see a physician. Take care.

Important Differences Between High Blood Pressure Staging & Classing
=========================================================
There are two different typing schemes doctors use when describing high blood pressure. The first, classification, conveys information about the underlying cause of the high blood pressure. The second, staging, refers to the severity of the high blood pressure itself.

The Staging System:

The system used to stage high blood pressure is very simple. Blood pressure has essentially two varieties; Stage I and Stage II.
The qualifications for staging high blood pressure as either Stage I or Stage II are based simply on numbers. If average measured blood pressure is above a certain numerical cutoff point, it is staged accordingly.

Stage I Hypertension:
---------------------------
Stage I Hypertension refers to blood pressure with average readings that are above 140/90 but below the criteria for Stage II Hypertension. Stage I Hypertension is an early, but still important form of high blood pressure. Depending on certain lifestyle factors, doctors may choose to either begin treatment with medicine or to allow for a grace period during which the patient is instructed to make certain diet and activity changes in an attempt to reduce the blood pressure.

Stage II Hypertension:
--------------------------------
Stage II Hypertension can be diagnosed via either of two numbers. A measurement of either
systolic blood pressure >160
diastolic pressure >100
qualifies as Stage II Hypertension.

Treatment guidelines allow for much less flexibility in the initial approach to Stage II Hypertension, and those diagnosed at this stage are almost universally started on antihypertensive medicines immediately.
Stage II Hypertension also requires more frequent blood pressure checks and more careful monitoring.
