Your bmi is calculated as 18.8 kilograms per square meter. Health aspects your weight is at a lower level; in our view, it may be less than optimal for your health. By classification of the who, you are" normalweight" your low body mass will not be a problem for your health provided you are getting sufficient amounts of vital substances such as protein, minerals, vitamins and essential fats. A low but stable weight may be fine. A small gain in weight could be beneficial, preferably by building up muscle mass eat a variety of foods that you like, optimally including five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Avoid eating too sweet, too fat and too much. No diet is the best diet as long as the body is getting a well-balanced, mainly plant-based mix of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and enough, but not too much energy. Physical activity do physical exercise at least for half an hour daily at moderate to vigorous intensity.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week. 9. Try natural methods dear. They are best.

Hello, sleep is one point which you need to consider, but to be fit and active. To be fit you need to take enough, protein, vitamins minerals, fiber, and good fatty acids in your diet, so eat all type of food, from where you get these nutrition. Do some physical activities every day for 1 hour. Drink more water in a day. Have a adequate rest to get better health. Hello lybrate-user. Sorry about your eye trouble. Don't take your eyes for granted! protect your sight with these six tips: 1. Eat for good vision 2. Quit smoking 3. Wear sunglasses / helmets to shield your eyes from dust, sunlight, pollution 4. Wash your eyes 3-4 times a day 5. Look away from the computer screen at regular intervals 6. Avoid rubbing your eyes with fingers/ cloth/ shirt/ dupatta, etc. All these suggestions may take a while to sink in and imbibe in your routine.

To build muscle you need a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Eating protein helps building & maintaining muscle. Take high protein, moderate carbohydrate and low fat diet. Because taking high fat diet will make you lazy. Eat egg 2 to 3 pcs. Thrice a week or fish. Add banana with milk and consume it. This will also increase your stamina.

Leg exercise kijiye daily I hope you will fit and fine………………………………………………. Basic Leg Exercises The following Basic Leg Exercises should generally be performed 1 - 3 times per week provided they do not cause or increase pain. Ideally they should not be performed on consecutive days, to allow muscle recovery. As your strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions, number of sets or resistance of the leg exercises provided they do not cause or increase pain. Swiss Ball Squats Begin this leg exercise in standing with your feet shoulder width apart, your feet facing forwards and a Swiss Ball placed between a wall and your back (figure 1). Slowly perform a squat, keeping your back straight. Your knees should be in line with your middle toes and should not move forward past your toes. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Lunges Begin this leg exercise standing with your back straight in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Slowly lower your body until your front knee is at a right angle. Keep your front knee in line with your middle toe and your feet facing forward. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this leg exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 3). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg upwards tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. Perform 1 – 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free. This exercise can be progressed by adding an ankle weight to your ankle for increased resistance.

Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness.
