You should take nux vomica 30 three drops in water thrice a day for two days. Also avoid junk oily food. Take fruits salad etc. Drink plenty of liquids.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

Well rather than counting calories, eat 6 nutritious meal throughout the day. Have banana shake, dry fruits, nuts, cow ghee, paneer, eggs, chicken everyday.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

Hi, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Hello, give your daughter a healthy & balanced diet with protein foods, fruits and vegetables, milk, dals, paneer, cheese, eggs. You can give her 2 chapatis and a bowl of rice also with veg, dal & salad for lunch & dinner. Give milkshakes, fruit custard to help her gain weight. We do not suggest any tonic as we believe in healthy eating and balanced diet.

If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk. Avoid drinking copious amounts of beverages with meals, though.The liquid creates temporary feelings of fullness in your stomach so you may eat less solid, calorie-containing food. Save drinks for before, after and between meals.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Tiredness is due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your mid meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week. Whatever is possible. Avoid very heavy and rich dinners. Have an early dinner and if working late night have dairy, nuts or fruits or a light cereal as late night meal.

A diet with one protein serving each day preferably during lunch should help you gain weight gradually. Fruit juices, coconut water , daal stuffed Rotis, roasted peanuts, peanut butter, all these ingredients should help you to gain weight. Overeating, Junk or fried stuff should be avoided,

Eating lots of calories, protein and nutrients and weight-training at least four times a week.Every few weeks, try your exercises with a different grip or slightly modulated position. This will engage different muscle groups you may have neglected. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and Eat protein-filled snacks before or after a work out, such as Milkshakes, yogurts, or fish. A good diet is essential to healthy weight gain. Protein 2 scoop+daily and exercise for an hour hour and drink lots of water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To gain weight start eating right and exercising right.

You should avoid butter ghee spicy oily junk food. Intake of sugar should be two spoon in a day. Eat less drink more.
