Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

During ct scan I was found with liver enlargement. I take alcohol regularly. What is the treatment.
Quitting alcohol is the only treatment. If you do not quit alcohol, it will not help. It is like you are trying to heal a wound, but at the same time cutting it with a blade. That is the truth which has to be understood. Quitting alcohol needs a combination of personal motivation, medicines and psychotherapy. Medicines of different kinds are useful: one, to reduce the symptoms associated with stopping alcohol (tremor, sleep, anxiety, irritability, anger); two, to reduce craving or desire to drink; three to reduce the damage caused by alcohol in the body and four to make alcohol taste bad. Psychotherapy is designed to increase the motivation to quit and once you have quit, designed to keep you away from alcohol. Please consult an expert psychiatrist at the earliest to put all these into practice. Certain blood tests will also be needed to assess your physical condition. Take care!

Hi, do regular exercise and streching. For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken etc. With complex carbohydrate n little fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear lybt user, according to your height, weight should be 65 to 70 kg. You can go through proper natural and balanced diet with whole cereals dals veggies fruits, milk egg, butter, nuts, fruits, peanut, banana, potato yam sweet potato, do regular exercise. I am 26. My height is 148 cm weight just only 35 kg. How could I gain my weight? My appetite is normal. My daily diet is- 8 a.m - biscuit / bengal gram 10 a.m - rice 1cup+ butter/ roti 2 pc Veg curry 12 noon - banana / any fruits 2 pm - rice 2 cup + dal+ fish / egg curry (sometime chicken) 6 pm - chawmin / puffed rice with pakora/ fast foods any 10.30 pm - rice 1 cup + dal + potato / veg curry I do home tuitions, most of the time spend in home. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. • 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Hello, ringworm is a contagious itching skin disease occurring in small circular patches, caused by any of a number of fungi. Take a single dose of tuberculinum 200ch, 5 drops, from the next day take tellurium 30, 5 drops once daily. Apply topi azadirachta ointment. Revert after 7 days.
