If this is regularly happening, it is better that u should have a ultrasound done to find out the cause of severe pain. If menses are coming like this on a regular basis, that also can be cured with a 3 month course of medications. Also get your thyroid tested

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Please note that it is not clear what you have mentioned here.... Lines OR marks/blood marks/stretch marks/birth marks/red lines from sitting on a particular position against your chair,etc. If you are having rashes then apply olive oil on the affected area. For further queries get back to me.

I am doing regular exercise for 40 minutes and walking 45 min. At least 4 days a week in morning. My weight is 92 kg and my height is 158 cm. Age-47 y . I have no bp, sugar etcc. I am also cautious about food habits. What do you suggest me to do to reduce weight especially my belly.

Hi lybrate-user So here we reveal 10 secrets to have a perfect flat tummy: Flat tummy The simplest way to have a flat tummy is performing abs exercises regularly. Examples are- sit ups, crunches etc. Avoid having large meals. It is preferable to have small and frequent meals. One can keep away from bulky belly built, because of heavy meals. Avoid taking a nap in the afternoon after your meals. Taking a nap will relax your digestive system and will store all the fat in your abdomen area. One can start doing exercises like push-ups, pull-ups for one set with minimum 10 repetitions. Eat less sugar and sweets as possible. One can even make it to no sugars a day. Avoid sitting at one place for the whole day. If you are a sedentary worker then walk in your parking area during your lunch break after meals. This will help in better digestion. Chew your food properly. It is said that chewing your food 32 times keeps your digestive system healthy and also allows you to eat less food. Add plenty of salads in your diet as they do not contain fats and calories in them. They are simple to digest and don’t get stored in your tummy area. Avoid drinking lot of alcohol. Alcohol gives empty calories, which get store in your stomach area for long period of time and make you fat and obese. Having a peg is fine but occasionally that too red wine. Avoid having fried, junk or heavy snacks. Go for light, low calorie snacks options like puffed cereals, khakra, brown bread sandwich etc. These are simple ways in which you can have a flat tummy. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. You can always check the fertilization chart available freely in internet. 7 days from the first day of period and seven days before the first day of period is considered safe. Other days chances of pregnancy is more. But you can always use precautions like male or female condoms. Take care.

This is due to hyperacidity. Do following thing take evening meal before 8 pm. Take evening meal in a very small quantity just one chapati or so. Avoid alcohol, avoid nonveg & spocy food. Stop tea. Start morning walk. You will b alright after this.

On regular course if you just take medicine for toothache it will help only for time being. You should visit a dentist for thorough check up and treatment. For tooth it is important to get it treated. After which the pain subsides permanently.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples lemons are also believed to be a quite effective natural treatment for getting rid of pimples. Lemons can help avoiding pimples in more than one way. Lemon juice reduces the oil, kills bacteria, reduces redness and also removes the pimple scars. To use it over your pimples squeeze some fresh lime juice over a cotton swab or a cotton ball and apply it over your face. It can give quick results. *Another wonder product which you already have in your kitchen and it can help you fight against pimples is baking soda. A mixture of baking soda and lemon juice can be applied on the skin to make it pimple free. Baking soda is an amphoteric compound which means it can work both as an acid and as a base. It helps in neutralizing the skin’s pH, imbalance in which is often a cause behind acne. It also dries the skin removing any extra oil and mixing some baking soda with water works wonderfully in cleansing and exfoliating our skin.

If you have curly hair, chances are frizz is your natural enemy. And if it is summer and the weather chooses to be humid, that is when everything goes for a toss. Static build-up in winters can also cause frizzy hair. Frizzy hair occurs due to raised hair cuticles, which allow moisture to traverse and enlarge the strands. This makes your hair look frizzy and dried, instead of defined and smooth. Usually, people with curly hair have more frizz problems than people with straight hair. Frizzy hair can occur due to many reasons, some of them include:

  1. Inadequate daily water consumption 
  2. Repeated chemical treatment of hair (Hair dyes, bleach, etc.)
  3. Using the wrong hair products
  4. Certain medications
  5. Wearing woollen clothes (Such as scarves or sweater which cause static)
  6. Improper haircare (For instance, you may be rubbing your hair too harshly as you dry it)
  7. Washing hair with extremely hot water
  8. Dry, cold winds
  9. Styling your hair with heated equipment

Recommended Treatment

Frizzy hair is a common problem during both monsoon and winter months.

1. The best way to deal with frizzy hair is to use a leave-in hair gel that has vitamins, minerals and proteins in it. The gel also contains other active ingredients such as hibiscus, saw palmetto and gingko biloba. The gel will moisturise the strands and lock the nourishment in. It will also form a protective barrier over the hair, so environmental factors (sun, rain, wind, etc.) cannot agitate the hair.

2. Frizzy hair is also treated by conditioners that are left in the hair for longer so they effectively moisturise each strand of hair.

3. Using hair brushes made from plastic or boar fibres can also reduce frizz.

4. Usually, frizz can lead to hair breakage. Thus it is important to use the correct shampoo for your hair type that has gentle cleansing and deep moisturising properties. Nourishing shampoos that contain hibiscus extracts and almond oil can be effective against hair breakage.

Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

My daughter is 7 year old after fall of milk teeth, front 2 new teeth developed but it there is much more gap between 2 teeth and this teeth is slightly inclined outwards, please suggest let us know clips treatment is required and what age it should be done, can we start treatment immediately ?
