Pimples are caused by clogged pores, and the sebum secretions of oily skin. Oily skin type is especially infamous for pimples. The oil glands of this skin type is extra active and always secrete excessive oil. If we leave this skin type without proper cleaning, the probability of the occurrence of pimples, acne and black heads increases multifold Lemon is the best home remedy for oily skin. Lemon Juice contains Citric acid which can neutralise and control the oil secretion of oily skin. It has the capacity to reduce pimples effectively. The acid quite well works to kill the harmful acne causing bacteria along with reducing the scars. Honey has antibacterial properties and it can restore the moisture balance of the skin well. Honey gives a natural glowing skin and also helps in the pimple reduction How to: ? Squeeze 1 spoonful fresh Lemon juice and take the same amount of Honey in a clean bowl. Mix them well. You will get a thick liquid paste like pack now. ? Apply it all over the face and neck after cleansing the face properly. ? Use a cotton ball to apply this mixture all over the face. ? Leave the mixture on the face for 15 to 20 minutes. ? After 15 minutes, wash it off with cold water. You can notice immediate pimple reduction and a bright glow on your face. Also this treatment helps to fade away the pimple marks too. This is very simple and effective pimple treatment for oily skin. By doing this pimple treatment regularly, you can help keep the pimples at bay. After that you can do this weekly twice.

4 Surgeries That Are Done To Treat Uterine Fibroids!

Uterine fibroids, also known as leiomyoma or myoma, are benign growths on the uterus, occurring mostly during the years of childbearing. Few of the common symptoms of fibroids are leg pain or backache, constipation, difficulty in emptying the bladder, frequent urination, pain or pressure in the pelvic region, menstrual periods stretching over a week and excessive menstrual bleeding.

Causes:

  1. Certain genetic changes of the uterus which are different from the ones normally present in the muscle cells of the uterus can cause this disorder.

  2. Certain hormones such as progesterone and estrogen that prepare the body for pregnancy are even responsible for triggering the development of fibroids.

  3. Substances which help the body maintain its tissues trigger fibroid growth as well.

  4. Family history, excessive consumption of alcohol and red meat while going low on foods such as dairy products, fruits, green vegetables and vitamin D, obesity, usage of birth control pills and early onset of the menstruation cycle are other factors that may escalate the risks of one suffering from fibroids.

Treatment:

  1. Be careful and take a closer look: Fibroids are fundamentally non-cancerous and they hardly interfere with pregnancy. Often, they do not exhibit notable symptoms and are prone to shrinkage after menopause. Hence giving them and yourself some time might be the best option.

  2. Medications generally aim at the hormones controlling the menstrual cycle and treating symptoms such as pelvic pressure and excessive menstrual bleeding. However, they do not treat fibroids completely but work towards contracting them. They include-

    • Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) agonists to block estrogen and progesterone production

    • Tranexamic acid to ease excessive menstrual periods

    • Progestins or oral contraceptives to regulate menstrual bleeding

    • Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to ease pain associated with fibroids

Surgeries to Treat Fibroids:

Depending on symptoms and whether medical therapy has failed, the patient may have to undergo surgery. The following surgical procedures may be considered:

  1. Hysterectomy: Removing the uterus. This is only considered if the fibroids are very large, or if the patient is bleeding too much. Hysterectomies are sometimes an option to prevent fibroids coming back.

  2. Myomectomy: Fibroids are surgically removed from the wall of the uterus. This option is more popular for women who want to get pregnant.

  3. UAE (Uterine artery embolization): This treatment cuts off the fibroid's blood supply, effectively shrinking the fibroid.

  4. Magnetic-resonance-guided focused ultrasound surgery: An MRI scan locates the fibroids, and sound waves are used to shrink the fibroids. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

Egg whites are the best low calorie protein source. 1 egg white has around 4-5 gms of pure protein with just 16kcal.

Dear Doctors, we are 4 member in a family, Myself, younger sister, Mom and Dad My mother age is 50, she is abnormal from last 3 years, abnormal behavior as follows 1. Not awaking soon, she sleeps till 9.30 am and not going bed on time, and spending her night by watching roof ceiling 2. Suddenly awakening during night times and doing some cleaning works in kitchen for long time 3. Not preparing proper foods 4. Continuously wasting lots of water by washing clothes and vessels again and again even it is perfect clean. 5. Scolding us for no reason. 6. Sometimes acting like child. 7. Laughing for negative scenes in television 8. She doing same work again and again and not thinking what to do next. 9. If we ask for food means she saying as "I am not here to prepare food and this is not my fate to prepare foods" 10. Always seeking for new atmosphere "eg: switching rent home for at least after two months" 11. Always finding a negative situation for being careless and being lazy. 12. Always being careless and not taking care of us. 13. Always finding negative point in every situation. Due to her behavior, she is spoiling herself and our family. Nowadays my Dad only preparing foods and doing basic needs in home. We did many changes in our atmosphere but she is not happy We need her to come back to normal state. If I guess right, Your mother has sacrificed a lot for all of you but her expectations have not been fulfilled and she is irritable with the results she sees after all her hard work. She is more frustrated with her husband for not satisfying her needs and so is behaving in this peculiar erratic fashion. First treat her like a human being with needs. She has only been giving. Now she may want t receive too. Stop being selfish and cater to her needs. She will be back to normal.

Hi lybrate-user. You must join gym first, after 6 to 7 month you must think for proteins. Unroll just go with natural protein like chicken, eggs, milk, milk products bla bla. When you going to start pumping your body by picking high weight, muscle get teared, this tear of muscle enrich with satellite bodies moving insight of our body in the form of proteins. So basically habitual your self with natural proteins and low weight, make habits of exercise then think for weight lifting and putting body mass. Thanks.

What is more, green tea undergoes very little processing, allowing the natural antioxidants to remain intact and concentrated.

 Weight-Loss Aid and Metabolism Booster

Green tea extract has been shown to be effective in both the prevention and reduction of weight gain. One study found that green tea’s fat oxidation properties aided participants in weight loss over a period of three months. A Japanese study found that participants using green tea extracts were most easily able to lose weight, lower blood pressure levels and get rid of harmful LDL cholesterol. Clinical studies suggest that green tea’s polyphenols create a fat-burning effect in the body, as well as increase metabolism. But, and this is a big but, some research has shown that green tea extract may offer too much of a good thing to the point it can negatively affect liver health. Although we can’t talk about the benefits of green tea without mentioning green tea extract and weight loss, we also can’t mention that without the caveat against green tea extract.

Green tea is a well-known digestive stimulant. It reduces intestinal gas and may even offer support for digestive disorders such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, the two types of IBD.

Encourages Normal Blood Sugar

Green tea has been used in traditional medicine to keep blood sugar levels stabilized. This may be due to the fact that it regulates glucose in the body.
