Left bundle branch block or lbbb is nerve conduction block to the left half of your heart which is suggestive that the stimulus for contraction is not going directly to the left part it is going through the right and then to the left part. It is important to rule out any blockage in the blood supply of the left part of the heart causing this problem so you should get yourself a complete cardiac evaluation from a Cardiac Centre. Whether or not you will need any major surgery or procedure depends upon your reports you need to get an 2D echocardiography, repeat your ECG and get back to me with the reports if you need further advice.

Pimples are of different grades. And depending on her type of acne, the medications whether oral or creams, will change accordingly. In general, it is better to avoid oily food, dairy products and chocolates. Avoid touching, scratching, squeezing pimples as it leads to marks which take a long time to go. Do not listen to friends and neighbours and try using creams that they have used. Consult a dermatologist instead and see what will suit your skin best and bring about improvement.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Thanks Following are certain that to increase hieght helped me: Eating at least two hours before sleep Having a light dinner Regular consumption of sprouts Having regular eating schedule and avoiding habit of munching every now and then Avoiding consumption of tea, coffee, cold-drinks, ice-cream, chocolates etc Regular use of trifala powder in night or early morning Eating lots of fresh fruits Drinking lots of water Walking for 10-15 minutes after meals Eating soaked almonds in morning. Try to keep your pH balance alkaline by consuming fruits,veggies and dairy products .taper down cereals and pulses intake ,stop nonveg completely. Drink plenty of plenty of water,barley water atleast thrice a day

Practicing yoga asanas is one of the most improved solutions that can help you to get rid of acute or severe caffeine addiction and that too in a natural way without inviting any unhealthy side effects.

5 leading asanas that can help avoid caffeine addiction

  1. Mayurasana: This asana is mainly well known as the Peacock pose. The pose is very much useful for maintaining digestive and circulatory functions. The hands should be clasped backside and you should bend your head towards your feet. Standing straight is needed and you have to take deep breaths at the time of holding back the concerned posture.
  2. Chakrasana: This is nothing, but a wheel pose which helps in system detoxification and toxin release. Your thyroid and pituitary glands will get naturally stimulated as a result of this pose. Extending arms overhead by keeping feet together you can perform this pose. You should bend backwards with your face down towards the floor, and you have to use your palms for support.
  3. Sarvangasana: This pose needs to be done by keeping your shoulders in support. Without using yoga mats, this pose cannot be performed comfortably. Parathyroid and thyroid glands are stimulated along with the normalization of different body functions. Relief from constipation and indigestion can be gained from this pose. Keeping your shoulders in support, the legs should be extended upwards at 90-degree angle. The shoulders should take your full body weight at the time of doing this asana.
  4. Halasana: This plough pose can help in reducing lethargy, fatigue and stress. Your nervous system can be calmed down, and you will feel completely relaxed. Energy channels of your body can be easily opened up by practicing this asana regularly. In this case, legs should be bended at your hips so that the legs can be flat over the ground. You should keep your hands beside your body.
  5. Nadi-sodhan Pranayama: if you have got accumulated stress, then nothing can be a better option other than doing this asana. Both body and mind get completely relaxed as a result of practicing this pose. In this case, breathing patterns or techniques can be corrected along with the balancing of the nadis. My hair are very thin and dandruff also comes often although I try to remove it. But also my hair is very thin and weak and brittle. I'm losing a lot of hair. But I'm not stressed, I follow a good diet, I drink water, moderate exercise, I eat walnuts etc also but still nothing is helping much. My hair are silky and super shiny but very less. As you know smoking is injurious to health so if you can leave it it requires simple will power I think you have bit try it hard initially it will be difficult but at the end you are the winner. And about the red colour but one you must be taking less of water required by your body the colour of urine you are having due to concentration of urine. Best to be getva urine test done but have plenty of water by mouth it will be alright.
