Hello,Constipation is a very common Gastro Intestinal problem.constipation may causes flatulence, acidity, abdominal discomfort,swollen abdomen or pain abdomen, nausea vomiting etc. Following Homoeopathic medicines are useful in treatment of constipation:- 1. bio combination no. 04, 4 tablets at a time, three times a day, 15 min. after meals. 2. Bryonia 30, 3 drops , morning empty stomach for 7 days. 3. Nux vomica 30, 3 drops, after dinner at bed time for 7 days. 4. Take Causticum 200, 5 drops ,once in a week. Avoid the following foods that can cause constipation include: Chocolate Dairy products Red meat Bananas and Caffeine Tips to Prevent Constipation Have more fibres in your diet. 25 to 30 grams of daily intake can prevent constipation. Fibres help retain water in the stools thus making them softer and easier to expel. Whole grain cereals and breads Dried fruits, such as prunes and raisins Popcorn, nuts, and seeds Beans and legumes Raw fruits and vegetables Drink plenty of fluids, preferably water. 8 glasses a day will help. Have more if you are physically active. Prune (manukka) juice, and other fruit drinks are known to normalize bowel motility.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Masturbation is harmless if done in moderation. The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. Genetic factor is the important cause. Apart from that nutritional deficiency, stress, not oiling the scalp are few other reasons. Melanin is produced with the help of proteins. It is important to eat food which is rich in proteins. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.

Always feed the baby in comfortable sitting position, awake baby properly while feeding. Feed the baby at least for 15_20 minutes, each time empty one breast, and give from other if needed, properly burp the baby after each feed. Keep at least 2 hours in between 2 feeds. So baby gets satisfied and won't cry, and no chance of getting colicky pain also. All baby's cry little while passing urine and passing sometimes stool. Don't worry.

Dear lybrate-user, you probably have pcod (polycystic ovarian disease) and along with diabetes it results in metabolic syndrome. Treat your diabetes very stringently by loosing weight, consuming healthy diet and taking proper medications which may include insulin as it is the only drug allowed for child bearing age girls who are desirous to get pregnant. Before conception your hba1c must be less than 6. Sugar before food less than 93 and after food 2 hours not more than 120.

Hi, most likely your having migraines. They are the most common headache type and they include a spectrum - from minor dull headaches to severe throbbing headaches. Having migraines means you have a sensitive nervous system, in that, various environmental stimuli can give you headaches- it could be change of weather, irregularity of schedule, certain sounds, smells, bright lights. The hot weather by itself may not be triggering headaches, unless you are also dehydrated, or have other triggers- eating irregularly, not sleeping properly, etc. Don't worry and start by making sure you are drinking plenty water as well trying to be regular in sleeping and eating habits.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.
