Trouble Conceiving? 3 Methods For You

If you have been trying to get pregnant for a long period of time, but not succeeding, it is time for you to see a doctor immediately.
In case you have tried for pregnancy and not getting near it for a long duration, do not get disheartened and worried. There a lot of fertility techniques which have evolved over the time due to the advancement of medical technology.
If you have failed again and again, you should not wait anymore and visit a doctor. The doctor would help you locate the problem behind your failure and would provide you with other options of getting pregnant.

They are as follows:

Fertility drugs
They are the primary remedy for women who struggle to get naturally pregnant as they cannot perform ovulation.
Mimicking the body's own hormones, drugs such as Clomid work to trigger the ovaries into discharging eggs. This strategy prompts pregnancy accomplishment in a couple of months without further delay. Different drugs can, likewise, be utilized to control the menstrual cycle or thicken the womb's coating to set it up for pregnancy. Your doctor will prescribe you fertility drugs if you have an extremely irregular menstrual cycle and your ovulation is unusual, and you are not producing eggs. Sometimes, these drugs are given to women with pituitary failure.

Intrauterine insemination
In this process, a tube which contains sperms of best quality is inserted into the vagina of a woman into the uterus via the cervix. This process is carried out during the fertile-most period of the woman's menstrual cycle. It may be repeated for two or three days.
Your doctor may recommend this method in case you have unexplained infertility, or if you have problems in ovulating. If your partner is impotent or in case that you do not have a partner, this process can be undertaken.

In vitro fertilization (IVF)
This treatment includes the preparation of an egg outside your body. Eggs are accumulated from a woman's ovaries and are blended with sperm. The fertilization process happens in a leveled, flat shaped glass dish. The prepared egg or embryo is then put back into the uterus, which is called embryo transfer. A solitary treatment cycle can take anything between six weeks and two months and involves stages where you need regular injections and general ultrasound observing. This will be recommended by the doctor if you have unexplained fertility or when your fallopian tubes get blocked.
If you are struggling to get pregnant for a long time, you should not wait and consult a doctor, who would provide you with alternatives.

Magnesium iodine potassium calcium etc. Nd Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate): This is used primarily to lower fasting blood sugar levels and to lower insulin levels in people who have type 2 diabetes. Can I take dis fat burner. please tell me, as I need to reduce my weight as soon as possible. But confused for ds medicine. My t3 is 153 ng/dl T4 is 12.4 Tsh is 3.09. I'm taking glyciphage 500 twice a day for pcos nd eltroxin 50 fr thyroid ANd homeopathy for pcos:) I dnt know whether to take dis medicine wid glyciphage or not.

It is not advisable to take this medicine. Insulin resistance is the main reason why its more challenging for you to lose weight with pcos for pcos & thyroid people it takes time to reduce weight, so don't worry, do regular exercise especially cardio and make dietary changes it will help you. Take proper diet without skipping meals, including green vegetables, fruits, dairy products. Fruit is rich in fiber and is a good source of essential vitamins and minerals. Fruits with a low gi include cherries, plums, apricots, prunes and grapes.

I am a 18 years girl I have saviour stomach pain during 1st day of menses may I know the reason. Could you please giv...
Stomach pain first of menses is due to endometrium shredding and there may also be pain caused by the decreased supply of blood to the womb. Apply a heating pad to your lower belly area, below your belly button. Never fall asleep with the heating pad on. Do light circular massage with your fingertips around your lower belly area. Drink warm beverages. Eat light but frequent meals. Keep your legs raised while lying down, or lie on your side with your knees bent. Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga. Try over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicine, such as ibuprofen. Start taking it the day before your period is expected to start, and continue taking it regularly for the first few days of your period. Try vitamin b6, calcium, and magnesium supplements, especially if your pain is from pms. Take warm showers or baths. Walk or exercise regularly, including pelvic rocking exercises. Lose weight if you are overweight. Get regular, aerobic exercise.

Different Gastrointestinal Problems In Women

DM - Gastroenterology, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery
Gastroenterologist, Noida
Different Gastrointestinal Problems In Women

The gastrointestinal system starts from the oral cavity and ends at the anus where undigested food is eliminated from the body. The esophagus, small intestine, large intestine and rectum along with organs like salivary glands, pancreas, liver and the gall bladder are all part of the gastrointestinal system. The gastrointestinal problems affect women differently than men. The symptoms which are observed in women are different than the symptoms observed in men. Some of the major areas where the women’s gastrointestinal system works differently than men’s are in the stomach, esophagus, colon and other areas.

Stomach
The process of emptying food from the stomach seems to be slower in women than in men which can be the reason why women experience nausea and bloating more than men. Another problem which affects women more than men is gastritis which causes inflammation of the stomach. Patients often take aspirin-like compounds as a quick solution for reducing the inflammation; however, this may lead to irritation in the stomach lining which can eventually lead to ulcers. Consulting a doctor is therefore advised before taking any step.

Esophagus
Esophagus is another organ which works differently for men and women. For women, especially premenopausal women, the muscle squeezes shut strenuously to make sure that the stomach juices and food stay in the stomach. Women tend to have heartburn more often than men; however, women are less likely to damage their esophagus in comparison to men.

Gallbladder Issues in Women
The process of emptying from the gallbladder is also slower in women than in men. Men are less likely to develop gallstones than women. The problem of developing gallstones is often heightened for women who are pregnant. This is usually the reason why more women develop gallstones after pregnancy. There are a number of symptoms which indicate a gallbladder disease. Any pain in the upper abdominal after eating or nausea and vomiting can indicate the risk of gallbladder diseases.

Liver and Small Intestine Issues
For the liver and small intestine, women secrete different enzymes than men. Enzymes from the liver and small intestines help in breaking down any medications they take, in the body. Since the enzymes work differently for both men and women, women handle the medications differently which either has little or too much effect on them. So patients must consult their doctors before starting any medication. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

How To Understand The Nutrition Level Of Brown And White Eggs?

How To Understand The Nutrition Level Of Brown And White Eggs?

Lifestyle changes such as eating healthy and exercising are to be incorporated in everyone’s life. The awareness to go organic is being spread wide, mostly because of social media. Analysis of the food we eat and questioning the components of our diet is very much necessary and this has created a lot of facts and myths. In the world that we live in today, we weigh multiple options for choosing the right one. One such comparison is between white eggs and brown eggs. The egg shell color influences consumers to a great extent.

Nutritional value: Eggs are filled with nutritional value. About 70 calories, 6 grams of protein and vitamin B are the components of eggs. Eggs are a very good source of protein. The egg yolk contains a lot of cholesterol. Those who would want to avoid cholesterol can take only the egg white. Carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are the other nutrients present in eggs. They lower the risk of macular degeneration. Choline, another element present in the eggs helps in memory development.

Types of eggs: The common labels one could see in the case of eggs are free-run, organic, free-roaming, vegetarian fed, Omega-3 enriched and graded eggs. These categories are based on the diet and lifestyle of the hens. Some hens are fed vegetarian food and are not given animal proteins. Some are not caged and are let in open spaces. These hens lay eggs in their nests and some are fed with flax seeds. Such eggs are labeled as Omega-3 enriched.

White vs brown eggs: Here are a few points to ponder about the difference between white eggs and brown eggs.

  1. Shell: The color of the shell is the major difference between brown and white eggs. The egg shells of brown color are believed to be hard, which is nothing but a myth. Young chickens lay harder shelled eggs.
  2. Nutritional value: The color does not really determine the egg quality. What really matters is the hen's diet. Two hens, given the same diet, lay eggs with the same nutritional value irrespective of the color of the shell.
  3. Yolk: It is believed that brown eggs have richly colored yolks when compared to white eggs. This is determined by the amount of corn the hen eats rather than the eggshell color.
  4. Cost: White chicken lays white eggs and brown chicken lays brown eggs. Brown eggs are costlier than white eggs. This is because the maintenance of brown chickens cost more. They are larger in size and they require more food. This costs the farmers more.
  5. Taste: White eggs and brown eggs taste the same. There are not many differences when it comes to taste of the eggs. This again depends on the food to the hen.
  6. Bleaching of white eggs: White eggs are not bleached to make them appear white. As mentioned earlier, the color of the hen influences the color of the eggs. Sometimes brown hens lay white eggs but the color of the resulting white egg is darker than a normal white egg. This has no connection with bleaching.

The nutritional value is the same for both the eggs. The major things that cause a difference between these two eggs are the shell color and cost. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
