Hello lybrate-user a lot of" lifestyle diseases" as we term it today are caused due to stress. If you analyze, most of your health issues will be due to stress. The first way to eliminate stress would be: to meditate, spend some time with yourself and work out the source of the stress. Spend time indulging in a favourite hobby like walking, reading or swimming, whatever helps you relax your mind. The more your mind is relaxed, the joint pain will go away. Avoid highly spiced and oily food. It is advisable to eat a whole food plant based diet rich in greens, beans and legumes. Start by adding healthy foods to your diet, and slowly healthy foods will replace the unhealthy ones. Adding flax seeds (alsi) to your diet is a good option even where pain in knees is concerned as it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, dry roast the seeds, grind to a fine powder and consume. Add leafy greens to get optimal nutrition. For your joint pain, a homoeopathic biochemic will greatly help, you can take: calcarea fluorica 6x, 4 tablets, 3 times a day in half a cup of warm water.

Nowadays, hair fall and thinning are conditions that most people face and are tired of trying new treatments to fix them. There are numerous treatments, but most have been proven to have certain adverse effects. Homeopathy, on the other hand, is an alternative medicine category, which uses not so strong chemicals or drugs, but slowly and steadily treats body ailments. 

Causes of hair fall

  1. Genetics
  2. Various skin diseases that affect the scalp. For example, fungal infections known as tinea capitis, seborrhoea, lichen planus, eczema
  3. Various hormonal changes
  4. Nutritional deficiency, especially lack of iron in diet
  5. Various drugs that are taken for treatment of joint pains, high blood pressure, depression or cancer 
  6. Diseases like tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus, AIDS, hypothyroidism etc. 
  7. Hairstyles of individuals, especially those who fall prey to the latest trends in styling. For example, tight pony tails or braids, indiscriminate usage of heat and colour to the hair.

Homeopathic treatment to prevent hair loss
Before any homeopathic medicine is prescribed to individuals, a detail of their case history is required to be studied. Here is a list of homeopathic medicines which help in controlling and preventing hair fall.

  1. The various skin diseases on the scalp can be a major reason for hair fall. This may occur due to extreme itching or numerous acrid discharges from the lesions that have occurred. Homeopathic medicines like Psorinum are used to treat hair loss caused due to discharge from skin lesions. Another medicine is Mercurius Solubilis; this also helps in relieving the scalp from the lesions and discharges.
  2. In case of hair loss due to excess dandruff, Thuja occidentalis and Kali suphuricum are the medicines that can be used.
  3. In case of hair loss due to childbirth or menopause, Natrum muriaticum and Pulsatilla pratensis can be excellent medicines for effective treatment. Another treatment can be Sepia officinalis.
  4. The hair fall caused by anaemia can be treated by using Borax, Cinchona officinalis and Calcarea phorphorica.
  5. For alopecia, phophorus, calcarea, fluoricum acidum, vinca minor, carbonica are used.
  6. In order to fight baldness, medicines like Silicea, Sulphur, Baryta carbonica, Lycopodium clavatum can be prescribed.

These are just a few treatments in a nutshell, but there are numerous others to be discussed. To know the right medicine for you, you can always consult a qualified homeopathic practitioner.

HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Causes of nasal bleeding 1.Nasal trauma (injury) ,exposure to warm/dry air for prolonged period, 2.sinusitis,allergic rhinitis, DNS, polyp/Tumour in nose/sinus, nose picking 3.foreign body nose, vigorous nose blowing, High BP 4.plaelet disorder, ,leukemia, decongestant nasal spray, 5.medicine like aspirin/NSAID 6. Consult ENT specialist to exclude nasal causes of bleeding and for necessary advice and treatment Treatment 1. Remain calm, Sit up straight and lean your head slightly forward 2. Pinch your both nostrils shut with thumb and index finger and breathe through mouth for 5-10 minutes. 3. Apply ice wrapped in a cloth to your nose and cheek 4. Don't blow your nose 5. If bleeding recurs, blow out forcefully to clear nose of blood clot and pinch nostril again 6. Spray nostril with decongestant spray like otrivin 7. Consult ENT specialist for further advice and treatment.

If the tooth breaks, have the tooth contoured. Fill the crack in. Place a crown on your tooth. If the tooth has been badly damaged and the nerve or pulp is exposed, the dentist may have to perform a root canal to save the tooth. If the tooth has been severely damaged, it may have to be extracted.

Get ur blood sugar levels checked. Avoid pressure on nails. Cut ur nails straight. Wear loose fitted shoes. Sometimes antibiotics are required. If conservative treatment fails, surgical treatment may be required.

when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1.Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2.Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. so you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

For frequent urination urine routine and blood sugar fasting and 2 hours food is to be done. Take the reports to your doctor who can guide you of further management. Frequency and incontinence are two different things. In incontinence there is no control over urine flow. This if at all present will be handled by a urologist.

12 Symptoms Of Panic Disorder!

Panic disorder is a condition that strikes without reason or caution and can be serious. Indications of panic disorder usually include sudden attacks of panic and anxiety, in addition to physical side effects, such as sweating and a pounding heart. During a fit of panic, the reaction is based on the circumstances, which may not be threatening in general, but triggers a feeling of panic. After some time, a person with a panic disorder builds up a consistent fear of having another fit of anxiety, which can influence the every day functioning and lifestyle in general. Panic disorder usually occurs alongside other conditions like depression, liquor abuse, or drug abuse.

You might experience the ill effects of a panic disorder if you:

  1. Encounter frequent, unforeseen fits of anxiety that are not attached to a particular circumstance or event
  2. Stress over having another fit of anxiety
  3. Are trying to avoid the places of your precious panic attacks

The most common symptoms of a panic disorder are as follows:

  1. Trouble relaxing and feeling uneasy most of the time
  2. Beating heart or abdominal pain with a feeling of nervousness
  3. Serious irrational and emotional fear
  4. Feeling as if you are out of breath
  5. Feeling as if you are being choked or smothered
  6. Dizzy spells
  7. Trembling or shaking
  8. Sweating constantly
  9. Feeling nauseous or having a stomach ache
  10. Shivering or numbness in the fingers and toes
  11. Sudden chills or hot flashes
  12. A fear that you are losing control or are about to die

While a single panic attack may just last a couple of minutes, the impact of the experience can leave a long lasting impression and make you susceptible to more such attacks. In case you have this issue, the repetitive fits of panic take an emotional toll. The memory of the fear that you felt during these attacks can affect your self-confidence and cause interruption to your regular day-to-day existence. In the end, this prompts to the following panic disorder effects:

  1. Expectant uneasiness: Instead of feeling like yourself in the middle of panic attacks, you feel tensed and on edge. This uneasiness originates from a dread of having future attacks of anxiety. This fear is seen more often than not, and can be extremely disabling at times.
  2. Phobic avoidance: You start to stay away from specific circumstances or situations. This might happen since you are maintaining a strategic distance because of your previous panic attack. On the other hand, you may stay away from areas where escape would be troublesome or help would be inaccessible in case you had a fit of panic.
  3. Medicines: Medicines can be used to control or decrease a majority of the side effects of panic disorder. Even if medicines do not form a part of the main treatment, when combined with other treatments, medicines are very effective. Eg. therapy and lifestyle changes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.
