Hi, you should not be worried about your hair problem try to stop your hair from scalp taking some natural home remedy like curd, mehendi, alovera and amlaki mix it propery and get it filtered and use before bath have scalp massage 15 mnts then washed it off. Apply keshrakhya or neelibhringa raj oil. Take calcium and minerals. Ok.

please do exercises or workouts based on your need. if you want to be MR INDIA or TAMILNADU you can be overloaded with exercises and workouts. if not shape your body and maintain it. exercising with less load for longer time or more repetition is the best way to fitness without injuring or creating adverse reactions like this. proper warmup is essential for every workout. get advice from your instructor. exercise 4-5days a week it is enough no need to workout everyday. let other 2 or days allotted for out of gym exercise activities like jogging or ground exercises.

As far as your heart side pain is concerned, get your self examined by a cardiologist. For arthritic pains homoeopathy has good treatment. Take calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

There are so many causes of back pain. In your age group postural, trauma spondylitis or disc prolapse are the common causes. If in investigation nothing comes it may be due to wrong posture or some remote injury of affected part may be there. Try to walk and sit in right posture. Sleep on hard bed. Massage the affected area with warm oil. Do mild lumber and cervical exercises daily.

6 Natural Ways To Prevent Knee Pain In Winters!

People who suffer from arthritis are more likely to experience osteoarthritis symptoms. The intensity of the feeling of knee pain in winter is often linked to barometric pressure. In winter, there is a reduction in the pressure exerted by the air around us. This drop in pressure can cause the tissues around the joints to swell resulting in increased pain. The other possible cause of knee pain in winter can be explained from the influence of heat. Fluid in tissues becomes more viscous during winter. As a result of this increased viscosity, the elasticity of the muscles decreases, resulting in winter aches and pains. 

Some scientists believe that the higher pain intensity in winter is to be more of a psychological thing. Seasonal affective disorder is more during winter, and people suffering from mental depression seem to sense more pain during winter as the weather restricts outdoor activities. Improper intake of food also causes knee pain in winter due to undigested material. Even though winter arthritis is uncomfortable, the following tips help to make the joints work better and make you withstand the season easier.

Tips to Manage Joint Pain in Winters

  1. Physical activity in winter can reduce winter aches and pains and enhance overall health benefits. Low impact activities like aerobics, swimming in a heated pool, weight training, and riding a stationary bicycle can reduce stiffness, increase the blood flow, and support the knees. Thus, winter arthritis can be well managed by doing exercises.
  2. Diet also plays a vital role. Eating a balanced diet that comprised of low saturated fat, lean proteins, more fiber, and refined carbs helps to improve body functions during the winter. Drinking water throughout the day helps to reduce winter aches and pains. It is essential to consume easily digestible foods like vegetables. Consuming vegetables like carrots and cucumbers that have diuretic properties can help to eliminate waste products from the body.
  3. Vitamin D deficiency may worsen osteoarthritis. It is necessary to take a supplement vitamin D or ensure to make your diet is vitamin-D rich. Fish oil is a potent source of omega 3 fatty acids. Increase your intake of milk, a rich source of protein and calcium that help to strengthen the bones. Exposing the body to sunlight help to obtain vitamin D.
  4. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin and ibuprofen can be used to reduce inflammation and pain. Injecting a viscous substance can decrease the friction of the bones and ease the condition.

Home Remedies for Knee Pain in Winters

  1. Wrap the inflamed knees with blanched cabbage leaves. This can cool down inflamed knees.  Aloe vera also helps to reduce inflammation.
  2. Comfrey (symphytum officinale) can act as an anti-inflammatory agent. Create a compress using mashed root or comfrey tea soaked bandages can also be used to reduce inflammation.
  3. Applying an ice-pack can help to reduce swelling and alleviate winter aches and pains. While applying ice-pack, ensure to cover the entire knee. Applying a bag of frozen peas to the area also works well. While using ice or heat therapy, make sure to do them carefully as over agressive and over doing it, can cause problems. 
  4. Steam therapy also helps to reduce pain in your knees. Soak your knee in a steaming hot water for 15 minutes. Applying hot water bag also can relieve knee pain in winter effectively.
  5. Winter aches and pains all over the body can be relieved by administrating massage therapy by a professional.
  6. Avoid applying strain or pressure on your knees. Take adequate amount of rest to reduce pain and swelling.

For pain ask her to take tablet paracetamol and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

I'm 21 years and I'm having pain in my left leg, that to only at the back side of knee and some above and some below part too, it feels like a nerve pain (more over) or muscle pain I can't say exactly but it is from long 2 years with this I'm unable to walk ease after some time of squat sitting. You may do massage with any oil either sea same or mustard oil on your knee one inch above the knee and one inch below the knee and hollow portion of the knee for fifteen times each point daily at night for one month. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold): keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. For best treatment please send an x ray image & consult privately. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. I delivered my 2nd daughter 1year & 1month ago and it's a normal delivery. I was feeding day & night till 1year & now only at nights ((ie.) 3 to 4 times after she started sleeping at night, till morning). Still I didn't get my menses. As you are lactating still, you may not menstruate what is called lactational amenorrhoea. As you are waning breast feeding so be cautious about contraception. Preferably your husband use condoms till your menstruation starts then consult your gynaecologist for contraception advice.

This is normal bone pain...sometime it may be due to any kind of injury... Sometimes it may be due to increased uric acid...if its more towards middle of ur chest then it may be due costo-chondritis....
