Hello! diabetes can not be cured but can be well managed by a good diet chart. Ake small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice. Go for a dietitian. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30min of exercise a day. It will help you for managing fasting sugar level.

You need to use a brace to protect the knee. Get an mri of knee n if it shows complete tear then you will need acl reconstruction.

Modes of Treatment for a Dry Vagina

What is vaginal dryness and how can it affect you?
Vaginal dryness is often a result of menopause and it is capable of affecting women of any age. Although it feels like a minor irritation, it can have a huge impact on a person's sex life. Normally, the vaginal walls are lubricated with a layer of clear fluid. The 'oestrogen' hormone is used to maintain this thin layer of fluid, thus keeping the vaginal lining thick, elastic and healthy. However, menopause brings about a condition known as vaginal atrophy, which is a drop in the levels of oestrogen and this greatly reduces the level of vaginal moisture that is available. Improper lubrication of the vagina can result in painful sex which in turn affects libido, arousal and desire.

Treatment: The most common treatment for this condition resulting from low levels of oestrogen is Topical oestrogen therapy. In this, hormones which are no longer secreted by the body are replaced by the topical oestrogen. Even though Topical Oestrogen Therapy is helpful in relieving the symptoms of vaginal dryness, the treatment pales in comparison to oral oestrogen hormone therapy (HT).

Usually, women mostly use one of the three types of vaginal oestrogen listed below:

  1. Vaginal oestrogen tablet: A tablet is inserted into the vagina using a disposable applicator. The procedure is carried out once daily during the initial two weeks of treatment, after which it can be inserted twice a week.
  2. Vaginal oestrogen ring: A soft and flexible ring is inserted inside the vagina, either by the patient or the doctor. Oestrogen, in the form of a steady stream, is then released directly to the vaginal tissues by this ring. Replacement of this ring is done every three months.
  3. Vaginal oestrogen cream: An applicator is used to apply cream to the vagina daily. The frequency of application can be reduced as per doctor's advice.

Side effects and aftercare: Side effects such as breast pain and vaginal bleeding are common when any form of oestrogen product is used. Vaginal moisturisers should be used to keep the vagina lubricated. Use of water-based lubricants during sex can make it more enjoyable. Use of bubble baths, scented soaps, douches and lotions around the sensitive area of the vagina should be avoided as these products can worsen the problem.

Dear The better way to start getting active as your intention is to start with brisk walking. 45 mins of daily brisk walking will bring back the stamina you need for running. Your breathlessness is due to lack of activity in the near past. So do not worry about it yet. Cholesterol does not cause breathlessness or BP or heart issue on its own. Body toxins get deposits that cause a problem. But stay with the healthier regime. It will always help. Regards.

It can be genetic also, but yes insufficient sleep is the main reason. Dark circles come with stress and sleep deficiency. -in your free time, put cucumber slices on your eyes. - get an under eye cream and apply it everytime after washing your face. -massage around your eyes with under eye cream before sleeping.

7 Tips For Good Bone Health

1. Eat calcium-rich foods

In addition to dairy products, choose fish with bones such as salmon, sardines or whitebait. For additional benefits, serve them with a side of dark leafy green vegetables or broccoli. Almonds, dried figs, fortified tofu and soy milk are also calcium-rich choices, says registered dietitian laura jeffers, med, rd, ld.

2. Take calcium supplements

The u. S. Recommended daily allowance for calcium is 1, 000 mg a day during your 20s, 30s and 40s. But your need rises as you age. Check with your doctor before starting supplements to find out what amount is right for you. For example, after menopause, most women need 1000 to 1, 500 mg a day unless they take hormone therapy. Your body only absorbs 500 mg of calcium at a time, Ms. Jeffers notes, so spread your consumption out over the course of the day.


3. Add d to your day

To help absorb calcium, most adults need 1, 000 to 2, 000 iu of vitamin d daily, combined calcium-vitamin d pills usually do not meet this requirement. And most of us who live north of atlanta do not get enough vitamin d the old-fashioned way — from the sun. Taking a vitamin d supplement will ensure you meet your daily needs.


4. Start weight-bearing exercises

To boost your bone strength, try exercise that “loads” or compresses your bones, says exercise physiologist heather nettle, ma. “running, jogging, high-impact aerobics, repetitive stair climbing, dancing, tennis and basketball are best for building bones. But if you have osteopenia, osteoporosis or arthritis, try walking or using an elliptical or other machine,” she says. Be sure to clear any exercise plans with your doctor first.


5. Don’t smoke, and don’t drink excessively

Bad news for bad habits: loss of bone mineral density is associated with tobacco use and excessive alcohol consumption, Dr. Sikon says. If you smoke, look into a program to help you quit. If you drink, stick to no more than one libation a day, she advises.

6. Get your bone mineral density tested

Doctors can get a quick and painless “snapshot” of bone health using a simple x-ray test called dxa. This test measures bone mineral density and helps determine risks of osteoporosis and fracture. Dr. Sikon recommends testing for women within two years of menopause. Earlier tests are recommended for men and women with certain diseases and for those taking medications that increase risk, such as long-term steroid therapy.

7. Medication

Perimenopausal women may consider hormone therapy to increase waning estrogen levels, which are linked to bone loss. And women and men diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis can take various medications to prevent dangerous hip and spine fractures.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Dear doctor, from 25 september I am feeling many problems about stomach. September end october start: did sonography - result inflammation of ascending and descending colon. Medication- for one month. November: no improvement was shown. Did gastroscopy- result - gerd medication - for one and half month. No improvement. Even symptoms of gerd was not there. December middle and end: weight was continuously loosing and allopathy not showing effect, 29-31dec period was worst so much weakness not able to walk, anxiety disorder and panic attack and hormonal imbalance occurs. It continues for two months around and still bit there. (mean while many blood, urine tests were done) january: started homeopathy treatment for one and half month - result was little bit shown. 3rd feb - ayurvedic started with allopathy saline 7days dns and magnexforte iv injected. Followed by ayurvedic medicine and stool routine analysis, stool culture, ct scan and colonoscopy. Told to me bacterial infection and in stool culture amikacin was susceptible. So taken amikacin 12 injections. Alongwith ayurvedic medicine. Ayurvedic medicines till going on. Alongwith panic attacks, anxiety disorder, hormonal imbalance. Solopose plus 0.5mg and serta 25mg going on with ayurvedic tablets. Dr. Please do the needful, social life disturbed so much. Wanted improvement health wise. If chronic indigestion leads to functional disorder panic attacks, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalance, how it can be recovered. Right now homeopathy treatment going on.
