My mother is suffering from insomnia and some time she have headache and gas problem in stomach then what is the guidelines for solution of these disease.

Dear, These are Causes of lack of sleep : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol , caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs , Due to high blood pressure . • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue . So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily .

Actually not always reduce the weight is the only solution. Your weight should be according to your age and height. Your normal weight should in between 50 kg to 60 kg. So you need minimum 15 kg to be reduced from at present weight.

I am 22 years old man. I have been suffering from bloating and gas problem these days. I have cut down the amount of sodium intake but still the problem persists. What should I do?

Kindly take warm water, 3 to 4 glasses a day, slowly, slowly and slowly. Take sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night, at least. Cut down tea, sugar and salt intake. Eat Slowly. Take shankha vati, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Continue the regime for a month. And Take liquid rich diet like moong daal, daliya and khichdi, regularly in diet. Good Luck

I am not able to get full beard so is there any medicine or any way out to get complete full beard? Please help me out for this.

Yes if period was proper prega news will give reliable result bot sometimes in 10-20% needs confirmation with blood test. If periods are not proper then their is chance of getting pregnant.

I ate some junk foos yesterday. After that I have been experiencing ill stomach and stomach pains.

You might be having gastroenteritis. Avoid outside food. If having loose motions, take ors mixed with 1litre if water daily. You may also be needing certain medications for pain relief, antibiotics, anti-acid drugs. Hope you find it useful.

Five Things You Should Be Doing Before Running

Exercise is one of the best stress-busters for those who believe in it. Sweating it out in any form brings out renewed energy, both physically and mentally. Similarly, running unleashes vast amounts of energy and is one of the most vigorous workouts. Of late, running is a fad, and there are more and more people vying for the half and full marathons.

The following are some pointers for runners. Whether you are just beginning to or are planning for a marathon, read on to know what to do before actually running.

  1. Hydration: Before getting into a running mode, take a minute to think if you have had enough water for the day. The amount of water consumed should be dependent on a number of factors including:

    • Weather/climatic factors including temperature, humidity etc.

    • Distance and speed of running

    • Body temperature

    • Toilet trips should be done during the day

    • Consumption of alcohol or caffeine – these will leave you dehydrated

    • Amount of water in the last 2 hours

    • Level of thirst

    • Drink water about 30 minutes before you begin to run, but not to the point that you feel water splashing in the belly and have to stop at the restroom every half an hour.

  2. Food: ​While it is not advisable to run on an empty stomach, it is not required to eat a full meal before running. Make it easy for the stomach by eating something light like a banana or oats. These are easily digestible and do not tire you out.

  3. Shoes: The most important of all, ensure you are wearing running shoes which are lightweight. Ideally, the right shoes should not cause pain in the shin or the knees and can stand the long runs. Bad shoes can cause severe damage, therefore, it is always wise to invest in a good pair of running shoes.

  4. Work towards a target: Running without having a target is not of much use. Your target could be in the distance covered, time you ran, calories burned, or matching your personal best timing. Whatever you choose, with each run, keeping the route, time, and distance in mind, set a target. Track your run against that target. This can help establish personal best times and help improve performance with other runners too. It also helps get a feeling of accomplishment and a purpose.

  5. Music: This just peps up your run and often adds to the spring in your foot. A nice lively song can increase the heart rate and prepare you for a longer run. Warming up to a good music also elevates mood and energy levels. Any runner would agree that he enjoys a good music during the run. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor.

Have soaked methi water in the morning and use it's seeds to make paste and apply on hair and add beetroot amla in morning and evening, massage hair with onion juice and weekly give it steam. Add vitamine in diet.

remember, positive thinking will replace the negative thinking that is part of the depression and will disappear as your depression responds to treatment. 

let your family and friends help you. 
Depressive disorders make one feel exhausted, worthless, helpless, and hopeless. Such negative thoughts and feelings make some people feel like giving up. It is important to realize that these negative views are part of the depression and typically do not accurately reflect the actual circumstances. Negative thinking fades as treatment begins to take effect. In the meantime:

set realistic goals in light of the depression and assume a reasonable amount of responsibility. 

break large tasks into small ones, set some priorities, and do what you can as you can. 

try to be with other people and to confide in someone; it is usually better than being alone and secretive. 

participate in activities that may make you feel better. 

mild exercise, going to a movie, a ballgame, or participating in religious, social, or other activities may help. 

expect your mood to improve gradually, not immediately. Feeling better takes time. 

it is advisable to postpone important decisions until the depression has lifted. Before deciding to make a significant transition change jobs, get married or divorced discuss it with others who know you well and have a more objective view of your situation. 

people rarely" snap out of" a depression. But they can feel a little better day-by-day. 

remember, positive thinking will replace the negative thinking that is part of the depression and will disappear as your depression responds to treatment.
