Get 2d echo done to know the cardiac status. Yu have to find it out what is the cause of low bp. As you mentioned it's 60/30. He requires hospitalisation.

I was suffering from anxiety before 1 month I feel pain in my chest I went to doctor and and took all test like ecg echo lipid profile all was normal but now I feel pain in my left arm indont no its because of weakness and when I take long breath I feel slightly pain in my chest or when I stretch my chest pain comes when stretch pls help.

It could be due to weakness in the muscles. Consult a neurologist, it will give more clarity. There could be several reasons for the same, an injury or stress. Please focus on finding the reason and follow the treatment as per that.

Dear lybrateuser, -if you feel that something is wrong with your heartbeat get yourself checked up by a doctor who will get your investigations done to know the exact cause of your problem & treat you accordingly. -do some exercise like walking daily morning for 20-30 min -have a balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, less of fried, junk food.

I have high heart rate 110b/m and my blood pressure is normal .I feel nervousness because of this. All my reports are normal my HB is 9.5 ECG is normal ,homocysteine is a bit high 61.6 ,vitamin D3 is 14.3,I don't have any other disease ,I also have some vitamin b12 deficiency.

Low fat diet, exercise and controlling blood sugar, blood pressure if he is diabetic and hypertensive, avoiding smoking and alcohol, good sleep, avoidind stress and anxiety are some of the precautions he can take.

I have stopped taking statin after my cholesterol level has significantly decreased. Is it safe to stop it or continue taking a reduced dosage to keep cholesterol at low levels and avoid side effects of statins at the same time.

As you have discontinued taking the medication Get your blood checked for Lipid profile after a month and follow up with reports.

Sir/madam, (a) on what frequency should I go for tests reg blood sugar, bp and lipid profile. (b) I am presently taking medicines since last six months for blood sugar, bp and lipid profile namely: eritel 40 @ 1 tab daily, stamlo 5 @ 1tab daily clavix @ I tab daily triglimisave 2hs @ 1 tab daily roseday-f 10 @ 1 tab daily vogli-m 0.2 @ 2 tab daily should I continue this further or go for a test, please suggest/advice. My present weight is 86 kg and height is 5 feet 4 inches. I jog on tread mill daily for 15/20 minutes in morning.

Hello firs you have to cut your weight by 25 kgs. Otherwise treatment may not help much. Blood sugar has to be checked every week. Hba1c once in 3 to 4 months. Lipid profile once in six months. Try and maintain sugar levels as close to normal as possible.

It is definitely taken care of if you take proper lifestyle changes, diet restrictions like low salt diet, no alcohol and smoking .Moreover if not then allopathic medicines can control them.
