These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the best!

Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry. It is important to protect your skin from sunlight by applying a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Eat well : Although it?s been proven that chocolate and other junk food don?t actually cause pimples, stay away from oil. Greasy foods can still have a positive effect for your skin. Mix a little turmeric powder with a little coconut oil and apply directly onto the pimples at night. Next morning wash your face with water Whatever you do, do not pop pimples as that will leave a scar behind which is even difficult to get rid of.

Hello, no, not at all. Alopecia universalis is an auto immune disorder where body's own immune system take the your own hair follicle as a foreign body and starts rejecting them. Hello. please avoid any capsules. Take a good diet of chapati bhaji rice dal green leafy vegetables. Increase intake of protein vit D and B12. Do some yoga asanas. High bp can be because of many reasons. I need your detail history to suggest you medicine. You can do following things to decrease bp:- avoid fats, spices, sweets, beverages, tea and coffee. Reduce salt intake. Go for walk in morning time and also after dinner. Use sodium free salt. Avoid stress.

Yes avoid egg. The homeopathic goal is to lower high cholesterol to desired levels to prevent coronary heart disease. Diet modification is recommended. High Blood Cholesterol Healing Diet 1. Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet based on whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. 2. Eat more fish and less meat. 3.Increase soluble fiber intake, it improves lipid production.   4. Avoid foods high in saturated fats such as margarine, fermented cheese, whole milk, vegetable shortening, poultry skin, lamb, sauces, fried food, andice cream. 5. Avoid cholesterol-rich foods such as egg yolk, seafood, anchovies, sardines, and baked goods made with eggs. 6. Choose good fats such as monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and omega-3essential fatty acids. 7. Garlic helps reduce high cholesterol. In the morning take a tiny piece of garlicand crush it with the knife. Follow with a glass of water (swallowing instead of chewing avoids garlic breath). The allicin in garlic also helps lowers high blood pressure and prevents blood clotting. 8. Have a glass of red wine at dinner, it increases HDL production. 9. Drink eight to ten glasses of water, per day. 10. Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity. 11. Stop smoking.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

It requires immediate evaluation by doctor- psychiatrist or nearest patanjali chikitsalaya. Difference is patanjali medicine will not have side-effects like allopathic. You practice all that is taught daily on astha channel 5.00 to 7.30 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom and bramri and udgit. You will get miraculous results for free and without adverse effects of allopathic medicines and will gain good physical and mental health, increase in your stamina, good concentration, improved memory, etc. It is excellent to drive depression, negative thinking out of your system. Not necessary, you have to be present in front of your tv at 5 am. Begin by switching on your tv just whatever time you get up and start practicing as being taught. Gradually when you regulate your sleeping time, you will be able to get up next morning at 5 and will be able to do complete workout. The time you spend here will actually be an investment that will remove tension, stress, etc. Leading to increased positivity.

Mr. Lybrate-user, first thing is diabetes has to be controlled effectively so also the bp. If blood sugar is high, there is a regular loss of glucose through urine. This leads to weakness. She should aim to achieve fasting sugar closer to 100 mg and pp around 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. Bp should be 130 / 80 mm hg. If this is done generally tiredness and weakness do not remain. Diet has to be based on ideal body weight (58 kgs), present sugar levels and extent of daily exercise. Information about present dietary intake also is necessary. The steps to be followed are: avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Avoid sweetened aerated drinks, high fat items like cheese, processed fried foods and red meat, ghee and butter. She should consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Permitted fruits about 100 g a day can be taken.
