Please consult Pulmonologist, get done CECT, i.e CT scan of chest that can reveal the exact causes. On other hand use hot towel rap around chest when there are pain. You may also suffering from low calcium level or low vit -D level too. Get checked.

Physical activity is important in losing weight. Cut down your calories. Take more veggies and boiled food rather than fries and junk food. Almonds are good for health.

Reports are good. Too much testing can be harmful for health. Reduce alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than restricted diet.

Fast food contains lot of fat and in blood there is increased LDL cholesterol levels which after few years get accumulated on a single vessel narrowing the flow of blood and can cause myocardial infarction and so better to exercise regularly

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. please cut short your alcohol intake. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

I am suffering from chest pain for 20 hours. My ECG was normal. Previously 3 months b4 when pain occurred I visited doctor and ECG was done and it was normal and then doctor prescribed a pain killer injection and after taking injection I was absolutely normal. Now what shud I do?

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to acidity or acid reflux disease -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have fresh homemade food, limit tea, coffee to 1-2 cups /day & avoid alcohol & tobacco if you take -eat meals on time, do not miss meals, chew food well, take your medication as directed, eat dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion -do aerobic exercises for 20-30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily, these will also help you reduce weight. -

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
