I am 48 male from amritsar suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since last 30 years but pain is too much at centre of spine d10 and d11 no effect from medicine I want to go massage therapy please suggest me I am on bed from lat 45 days thank you
I am in a job which is to sit for 8 hours and I'm getting neck pain. Is it because of constant sitting.
I am suffering from back spine pain. When I lay down I try to put up my leg but I can not it pains when I sit I try to cath my toes but I can not when I take deep breath my back spine it pains and many things happens please tell me what should I do?

However, avoid repetitive and high impact exercises, such as:

The pain is not only physically exhausting; it can also strain you mentally. Choose relaxation or cognitive behaviour therapy (an integration of behaviour modification and talk therapy) to keep negative thoughts at bay. Besides these, you can also use acupuncture, heat and cold therapy and massages to ease the pain.
