Im likhita. And my height is 5.1 and weight is 59. Is this is sufficient to my height. Or else I should increase my height. And my age is 19. And doctor I have to increase my height 3 to 5 inches. As my father is more height than me. And please say how to increase my height. Im doing exercises since last 2 to 3 months. But I did not found any results. Can I consult a doctor for my problem. Can they provide a better result? So sorry doctor I just mentioned that my weight is 59 .wrong type. My weight is 47.

Hi lybrate-user See as a doctor I will advise you not to trust medicines which say they will help in increasing height because first they won't help and second they may be associated with side effects Yes but you can try following methods and have patience Sleep properly. Don't skip milk. Do stretching exercise. Do yoga regularly.

7 Things To Eat If You Want A Healthy Brain!

Having a healthy brain is equally important as is staying physically fit. Good mental health is absolutely essential. Apart from regular exercises there are certain foods also which can help you to maintain good mental health.

Below mentioned are few foods, essential for having a healthy brain:

  1. Include Fish in your Diet: If you are a non- vegetarian then include oily fishes like salmon , sardines in your diet. These fishes are replete with omega -3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA. All these are essential for the brain to function efficiently.
  2. Munch on Nuts: Nuts are rich sources of Vitamin E. Vitamin E can help you prevent your brain from Alzheimer's disease. Nuts are also beneficial for elderly people and can help them combat the problem of memory loss.
  3. Keep Preparations with Green Leafy Vegetables on your Menu: Vegetables like cabbage; broccoli is abundant in anti-oxidants. Broccoli is also a good supplement for Vitamin K. These help to develop your memory and also keep brain diseases like Alzheimer's, Dementia at bay.

My whole body is in perfect shape even the chest. But the only thing is that my tummy portion is not getting into shape it contain visible amount of fat which looks bad. Everyday I do extensive exercise as I am preparing for defence. So all my body is in shape according to requirement except the tummy part! I want to loose my weight too.

If you can specify what exercises you do I can help you better. Sometimes runners develop a belly as they do more cardio and less of weight training. Also the food you eat post workout matters a lot.

I am v Slim, and I want to put on some weight. My weight is not appropriate with my height. The problem is whatever I eat does not work for me. I tried taking meal 3 times a day plus some suggest to eat small amount meal in every 1 hour all are ruined. Can I get a help plz!

So make sure that you do not eat these food: fried foods, sugary foods, very salty foods and other junk as well as processed food items. Instead eat this: 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Protein rich breakfast. And have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water. Other tips: Eat less rice and potatoes. Weight loss is not only due to flour. Any flour in moderation do not cause weight gain. It is mainly due to eating other processed foods like bread, biscuits, ice-cream, chocolates, excess sugar, oil & salt. Please take these things very less and eat more fruits, salads and sprouts.

Hello lybrate-user If you want to lose weight first drink approximately 2L water in whole day. In morning after you wake up drink 2 glasses of warm water. Avoid tea and coffee as much as you can. Avoid greasy, oily and fast food. Don't skip meals. Do regularly exercise or jogging atleast for half an hour. Thanks.
