Taking too much of i-pill can lead to all such problems but henceforth avoid taking such contraceptive pills and you will definitely get pregnant after some time let body get use the normal hormone levels. Taking external form of tablet leads to such problem.

hello suraj ji, have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast specially .take high fiber diet. take plenty of fluids. take plenty of fruits. take food in fix time. avoid fried food, oily food, junk food, extra salt sugars , potatoes, rice, white bread,egg yolk .take flax seed with luke warm water early morning empty stomach.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Sir early morning take atleast 2 glasses of warm water. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. No water after meal. Take 1 glass water before going to bed at night. Drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. Don't drink water in a gulp, instead drink water slowly sip by sip. Take 5 soaked badam in morning after drinking water. Green tea you can take 1 cup morning and evening after meals or before meals. To lose weight reduce intake of milk, no packed food, no oats. Eggs only white portion in morning. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity.

Dry, itchy penis skin is, unfortunately, quite common. The friction that comes with sex, along with the rough-and-tumble way in which most men approach penis hygiene, can zap the moisture out of even the healthiest skin, leaving only pain and scaling behind. Getting better can take time, but by following a few simple steps, men can soothe their discomfort and possibly prevent new cases from taking hold.

Remove the Irritants

Most personal care products made for the groin area are infused with heavy perfumes and strong anti-bacterial agents. These ingredients can remove the nasty smells that are associated with this particular part of the body, but they can also be incredibly damaging to sensitive skin. Outer cells can shrink and dry up when they're exposed to harsh chemicals, and healing can't really begin until the trigger for the pain is gone for good.

Common offenders include:

Scented, antibacterial soaps
Perfumed fabric softeners
Cologne
Deodorant sprays
Eliminating all of these products should be Step 1 in the fight against dry, itchy penis skin.

Take a Break

Irritated skin needs a vacation from stress, and when that painful skin belongs to the penis, masturbation and sex are banned activities. These acts might feel great, but they also put pressure on skin that's trying to heal. Setting the fun aside for a week or two might be a great way to give skin cells time to knit back together.

Staying out of pools, spas and other areas that hold treated water might also be an important step. Adding an extra glass or two of water to the daily diet can help to boost hydration levels, but avoiding alcohol and caffeine is another important step. These substances tend to pull fluid from the body's tissues, meaning that they add to a dehydration issue instead of resolving one that's in play.

Fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, oranges and grapes all have a significant amount of moisture in each bite, and they tend to taste great, too. Men who don't relish the idea of drinking buckets of water may get the hydration they need by replacing salty snacks with natural, juicy foods.

Show Patience

Skin heals from the inside out, so it can take time for a flaky situation to resolve. Checking the skin over and over again, and switching treatment methods over and over again, does little to help the skin, but it can up stress levels. Sticking with one program, and following those steps to the letter, is the best way to support skin as it heals.
