Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

I am 41 and going through perimenopause. I got most of my blood tests done and they were almost normal other than the hormonal imbalance. I got mammography test done and it shows heterogeneous dense breast tissue and bilateral axillary lymph nodes with fatty helum. No mammography evidence of malignancy is seen. What does it mean?

It means currently mammography report suggests your breast are absolutely normal. No signs of cancer/ malignancy. Just follow hormonal imbalance with your doctor. Take care of your mood and sleep.

do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide me daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients achieve their optimum weight goals and help in several diseases. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to I strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Sir, Do Yoga, meditation x breathing exercises. Go for walks. Eat fruit and vegetables. Do not get excited. Be cool. What ever is happening is normal.

You need to take natural ayurvedic suppliments to make your hair roots strong. Take aloevera amla juice daily empty stomach bhringraaj powder 1 tsp daily and drink plenty of water do pranayam daily it will be a permanent solution for you to make your hair roots strong. Follow it for 1 month.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, they are different type of acne. Depending on the grade treatment will be prescribed by the doctor. For some severe conditions oral antibiotics may also be prescribed. Few tips I would suggest. Use an oil control face wash twice a day. Do not pick or scratch the pimples. Apply an antibiotic cream on pimples at night. Drink lots of water and keep your self hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food.

Hi Mam , For lower back pain please follow below remedy ... 1) massage with castor oil ... If possible mix with magnesium oil .. 2) have 2 tabs of Yograj guggul in morning empty stomach , 1 tab around 12 noon and 1 tab 5-6 pm 3) have 1 tab of maha Yograj guggul after 30 mins of breakfast and one after 30 mins of Dinner .... Avoid this if you have high blood pressure ..... This will get you relief

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Take tribubhawan kerti ra's250mg. +sfatica bhasm125mg.+godanti bhasm500mg with honey thrwice in day. Use warm water, avoid oily and spicy food. For one week.
