5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Hello Dre so Hair loss cn b due to many reasons such as low haemoglobin levels,thyroid problems,excessive use of hair products,chemical hair treatments,hereditary,stress,untreated dandruff problems,excessive smoking ,heavy alcohol consumption etc use , Tugain hair solution 5% on scalp two times per day for 3 months . Hair 4 u shampoo for regular use . cap estemo once a day after food for 3 months . Hairlast hair serum on scalp at nite time for 3 months . drink 2-3 lit of water daily , include protein rich food in ur diet ,hv lots of green leafy vegetables n fresh fruits in urr diet, exercise 45 min daily . For acidity u cn take ,tab rabekind 20 mg early morning empty stomach . thanks

White lines are appearing on her thighs, are these due to fat loss or she is gaining more fat.
White line are stretch marks. They can occur both due to sudden weight gain or sudden weight loss. Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Hi lybrate user, Medicine is not the only option for every problems, it's solution is good diet, physical activity with regular medicine. Include more fiber in your daily meal. For fiber take more green leafy vegetables & fruits. You should take 4-5 meals of fruits & vegetable in your daily meal. Include all the seasonal fruits. Do not take simple carbs & simple.sugar. Do not forget to take sufficient water (8-10 glasses/day). Try to take 2-3 glasses of water early morning empty stomach. Meal gap should not be more than 3 hrs, take small & frequent meal.

Take high protein and high calories diet.have small and frequent meals.don't skip your breakfast specially.take sprouts,paneer,soya milk,soya beans,whole pulses,milk and milk products.take any sweet item after dinner.do stretching exercise alternates days.

Wash your elbows with warm water at night. Mix almond oil with vitamin e cream and apply at bedtime on elbows and hands. This leaves the skin soft and supple.

Causes and Symptoms of Ovarian Cysts

The ovaries are the egg producing organs, an essential part of the female reproductive system, they are responsible for the production of estrogen and release an egg every month. If the egg is fertilized with a sperm it can result in a pregnancy.

Ovarian cysts are quite common among women. Ovarian cysts are known to be small sacs filled with fluid that are situated in the ovaries.

Causes of ovarian cysts: Among ovarian cysts, the most common one is called the 'functional cyst'. This type of cyst is generally formed during the process of ovulation, wherein either the eggs do not successfully release from the sac or the sac (follicle) fails to disintegrate properly after the release of the egg.

Certain factors that can cause ovarian cysts are:

  1. Age that is ovarian cysts are more likely to occur in women who have reached menopause
  2. Smoking
  3. Being overweight or obese
  4. Consumption of fertility drugs
  5. Hormone replacement therapy
  6. Family history of ovarian cysts and cancer
  7. Early menstruation, that is, the onset of the period before the age of 11
  8. Hypothyroidism

Symptoms related to ovarian cysts: Generally, ovarian cysts show no specific symptoms and are generally located during a physical examination or an ultrasound. But, in case you suffer from large cysts or those that have ruptured, you may experience certain signs like:

  1. Pain while having sex. Great discomfort may be felt, particularly when deep penetration is attempted.
  2. Pain in the lower abdominal and pelvic region. This pain may be intermittent or persistent. It can also vary from being mild to quite sharp.
  3. Irregularity in the menstrual cycle.
  4. An uncomfortable pressure in the lower abdominal and pelvic area.
  5. Acute pain in the pelvic area and the lower back all throughout the menstrual period.
  6. Pain in the pelvic area after a session of vigorous exercise or strenuous physical activity.
  7. A feeling of discomfort or pain while urinating or during bowel movements.
  8. Nausea, followed by vomiting.
  9. Pain in the vaginal area, or light bleeding.
  10. Infertility
  11. Problems with healthy bowel movements.
  12. Bloating

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Hi. Causes of oily skin – hereditary, diet, Hormone levels, Pregnancy, Birth control pills, Cosmetics you use, Humidity and hot weather . Because of the hormonal shifts of adolescence, oily skin is common in teenagers, but it can occur at any age. In general, skin tends to become dryer with age. The flow of sebum or oil increases during adolescence and starts decreasing with age. During pregnancy and menopause, hormonal imbalances can also upset the oil balance and increase the activity of sebaceous glands. Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. To cleanse oily skin, use oil-free products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Keep your skin very clean. Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.Try using a clay or mud mask. If you have sensitive skin, use white or rose-colored clays.Half an hour before taking your bath apply on your face half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together. To clear away excess oil, use a clay or mud mask. Blend together well 1 teaspoon green clay powder and 1 teaspoon raw honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for fifteen minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Do this at least three times a week--or more. Along with this, take Homoeopathic treatment - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and the same medicine to be applied locally on acne/ acne marks + Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day, both for 20 days and give your feedback to me.
