Hi doctor I have low level of testosterone can you advice me something increase my testosterone level like any medicine or something.

Normal blood testosterone is 3-10 ng/ml. If your testosterone is low follow the advice given below 1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, 2. Reduce weight if you are over weight 3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 4. Avoid stress 5. Avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil 6. Take zinc containing food like milk, meat, fish, cheese, beans, yogurt etc 7. Take vitamin d supplement. 8. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, spinach, bean, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits, diet rich in eomega 3 fatty acid acid (walnut, almond, flax seed/flax seed oil, soybean/soy milk/ oil), egg, fish, fish oil, sardines, salmon, dark chocolate, carrots, oats, blue berries/ banana/pomegranate/cereals, 9. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality) 10. Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption 11. Take one capsule of zevit daily, 12. If required you have to take injection testosterone after checking blood testosterone level and consulting doctor.

Hi, if you mentioned about blisters on glans penis, it could be due to sexually transmitted disease (but if you young and not having any sexual inter course, lesions on the penis include the common condition of folliculitis, which is skin bacterial infection of a hair follicle, usually caused by friction or irritation, as you also mentioned weakness in arousal and pain in legs it can be related to excessive masturbation, in this condition you need to avoid or refrain yourself from this masturbation habit, you need to maintain proper hygiene around your genitals, take shower regularly with dettol water, keep your clothes clean. Use aloe vera to clean your genitals. Take these medication Cap. Becadexamine one capsule once daily before sleep drink milk 2 times a day. Eat high protein diet. Do exercise.

Hi…This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Mr. lybrate-user, basically to control blood glucose you need appropriate drug and dosage. Ideally when good control is there FBS should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. If you have this kind of control then it is good. If not then it is necessary to look at current treatment, dietary practice and extent of daily exercise. If need be some additions may have to be done. As regards IME -9 tablets, there is very little information available. It is a combination of some herbal remedies, based on ancient ayurvedic texts. There is no new research or evidence. No double blind clinical studies are done. Results are based on some lab animal studies. So the choice is yours. Thanks.
