It's due to plantar fascitis, because of calcium deposition, you are getting pain, try to reduce your weight and start physiotherapy along with ice packs twice daily would help.

Hot fomentation. Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist Exerciser. Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Back Pain Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching. General Advice... Contrast Bath. Sports Taping. Gentle Stretching

1. Start with the Physiotherapy treatment 2. Get lumber spine x ray done 3. Learn spinal exercises 4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum 5. Don't sit on floor 6. Don't lift heavy things 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months and do exercise regularly

Dear lybrate user. A) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning and at evening before meal half an hour. B) take 2-2 tablets of sheetprabha vati along with audumbaravleha. C) take 1 tsf of black cumin seeds and 1 tsf of jaggery after meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.
