My father has High blood pressure and obesity problem Also hypothyroid .He has RBBB in heart as well as irregular heartbeat in his Echocardio report lowest heartbeat is 32bpm. We family member are really worried. What is the medical way out please tell us.

Go for 24 hr holter test If thr is significant bradycardia (low heartbeat) then better to put a pacemaker.

My age 28 I am not a regular smoker I usually smoke 1 in a week, but from 2 days I feel little tease on left side of my heart sometimes, well my chest does not pain while coughing or breathing .but I am little worried though its not creating any problem, but please suggest me what to do.

It’s unlikely cardiac pain dear but better to quit smoking otherwise one day definitely you hv to worry for same. Do an PFT test to know your lungs capacity.

Salt reduction in diet Regular walking Start some anti hypertension medication for some time till diet and exercise control the pressures.

Instead of two different medicines at half doses you should take a single medicine with optimum dose and see how it controles your BP If not get controlled inspite of max dose of a single medicine then only second drug sud be taken.
