My BP now is 115/75 range. I am doing regular exercise about 45 min everyday. Is there any chance that I can maintain my BP only be change in life style and exercise, without medication.

Dont live in fear boss. Get a angiography done and be sure about it. I am sure it will be clear but for your satisfaction get it done. BP is not a concern. Keep charting.
