1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to inadequate sleep stress and strain , Low BP/High BP,migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error,chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, Avoid pronged use of cell phone 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Pulmonary circulation is the portion of the cardiovascular system which carries deoxygenated blood away from the heart, to the lungs, and returns oxygenated (oxygen-rich) blood back to the heart.The oxygenated blood then leaves the lungs through pulmonary veins, which return it to the left heart, completing the pulmonary cycle. This blood then enters the left atrium, which pumps it through the bicuspid valve, also called the mitral or left atrioventricular valve, into the left ventricle. From the left ventricle the blood passes through the aortic valve to the aorta. The blood is then distributed to the body through the systemic circulation before returning again to the pulmonary circulation.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Vegetarian vs Non Vegetarian Diet - Which is Better?

There has been an intense debate that has been in the loop for years and has been raging back and forth regarding the deficiencies of a vegetarian diet versus the perils of a non-vegetarian diet. This heated debate can be both accurate as well as unfounded. Probably, that’s the entire reason it is still a debate. In fact, if you take a deeper look into both groups of individuals and their dietary patterns, there is space for healthy living in both.

Vegetarian Diet

A vegetarian diet is a diet wherein the food intake of a person is confined to a large variety of foods derived from plants along with milk and dairy. However, any form of meat and products derived from animals are completely avoided.

Pros

  • Vegetarians have been noted to consume lesser amounts of proteins, but they do not suffer from problems related to a high protein diet, such as osteoporosis (characterized by brittle and weak bones) and kidney failure.
  • The diet includes high levels of antioxidants such as Vitamin E, vitamin C as well carotene, which are available in vegetables and fruits.
  • Additionally, they consume lesser amounts of saturated fats.

Cons

  • Deficiency of vitamin B12 is common among vegetarians, as they are available only in meat, eggs and fish. Deficiency of Vitamin B12 can yield rare symptoms such as increased fatigue, shortness of breath and a temporary loss of body balance.
  • Lack of protein, as stated above, along with iron and zinc deficiency is also common.
    Symptoms of protein deficiency can be troublesome; they include a sluggish metabolism, loss of body muscles (as the body tries to derive the regular protein intake from your muscles, thus making them weak), trouble gaining or losing weight, persistent fatigue, longer healing time of wounds and injuries, pain in the joints, drastic changes in the body’s blood sugar levels that might result in diabetes and a weakened immune system that makes you vulnerable to all kinds of diseases.

Non-vegetarian Diet

A non-vegetarian diet includes all forms of plant foods as well as foods and by-products that are derived from animals, such as poultry, fish, meat, etc.

Pros 

  • Vitamin B12 is present in adequate levels since they are derived from the sources such as meat, eggs and fish. Adequate intake of proteins is never an issue in a non-vegetarian diet.

Cons

  1. Meat products are loaded with saturated fats, which increase the risk of heart diseases. Studies have shown that people consuming non-vegetarian diets:
  2. Have shorter lifespan and are more vulnerable to chronic diseases.
  3. Tend to develop diabetes, heart diseases and hypertension.
  4. Usually non vegetarians eat less amount of vegetables and fruits than what is recommended.

To increase your appetite follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your appetite. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

How to increase immunity and energy levels: instead of having one large meal, eat 5 or 6 small meals in a day. It spikes up the metabolism, so along with burning calories you also land up fueling yourself with energies. Also, people who eat two or three large meals a day suffer less from fatigue and can think more clearly than those who stick to regular 2-3 meals. These mini meals should consist of dry fruits, fresh fruits, tomato juice, carrots, beetroot and wholegrain biscuits. Unprocessed foods- like fried potato chips, soft drinks, instant noodles should be avoided altogether. Consume more of complex carbohydrates, which are rich in fibres like brown rice, jawar, bajra, oatmeal, sprouts, nuts seeds and dry fruits. Sprouts are another fantastic snacking option. They have high nutritional value. It is an excellent idea to consume seeds, beans and grains all in the raw form. When cooked the energy giving vitamins in the sprouts get destroyed. You can always turn to health supplements to make up for any lack of nutrition in your body. B-complex vitamin supplements are one such supplement. Not having adequate amounts of b-complex in the body can make you very weak and lead to fatigue. The supplement ensures full protection of the nerves and increases the energy level. The system also finds it very hard to convert food into glucose if there is a deficiency of b-vitamins. If you are not keen on taking dietary supplements you can add more of whole grain cereals, unpolished rice, leafy vegetables, banana, yeast, peas, dals and pulses in your diet. Also, if you are wondering how to increase immunity of the body, the answer is looking at you. Replace wheat with jawar, bajra or bran rotis. Wheat is not only hard to digest, but it can also cause fatigue. Try replacing it to observe the change in your energy levels. Tranquillizers should be avoided at all costs because even if they do help you sleep they do not eliminate fatigue. Every day make an attempt to drink a glass of carrots, tomato, beetroot or coriander raw vegetable juice. Along with increasing energy levels in the body they are great immunity boosters and anti-oxidants. Physical activity is also very essential for the body. You can increase your activity level by exercising at least for 30 minutes every day regularly. Stretching, brisk walk, swimming or indulging in sports are some of the best exercises for your body. Bring down the sugar intake because even if it manages to give you an instant energy boost, in the longer run it can reduce your life span and makes you lethargic.

Hi.In males more than 7o% of hair fall is due to genetic causing androgenic alopecia aerata and rest is due to hormonal imbalance like hypothyroidism,nutritional deficiency,fungal infection, dandruff etc. Take nutrition goods for hair like amla juice,dates,eggs,fish,nuts etc. Home remedies like onion juice ,egg white,aloevera gel application over scalp . Allopathy medicines like minoxidil hair oil(one can see the result after more than 3 months of regular application). Tablet follihair for a month. If dandruff try nizral shampoo twice weekly.

Advice: 1. Reduce weight 2. Avoid standing for long hours. 3. While sitting just extend your legs and sit. Do not fold your legs. 4. During sleep hours keep your legs raised with two pillows. 5. Wear varicose stockings the whole day and you can remove it when you go to bed. 6. Surgery for varicose veins will help for some people and success rate is low.

If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk. Avoid drinking copious amounts of beverages with meals, though. The liquid creates temporary feelings of fullness in your stomach so you may eat less solid, calorie-containing food. Save drinks for before, after and between meals.
