I have PCOS problem. I have tried all types of medicines from all doctors (allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic, siddha) but no use. If I take primolut or any birth control pills only I get periods, otherwise I won't get. But I start getting side effects like low sugar problems if I take tablets for PCOS. I never get periods properly. Because of that I have gained lot of weight. If I workout also I won't reduce weight. I have lost all hopes in life. I doubt my feminism. Please suggest me something to get periods every month naturally without taking tablets.

If you are unmarried, wt.reduction by diet and exercise is the main treatment. Only wt. Reduction of 5 kg can normalize your menses. Till then, take medicine for 5 days each month to hv regular menses. Or,take medicine every 3 months. If married, and anxious for issue, you can go for lap. Ovarian drilling.

Hye, thanks for the query. Just medicines cannot give health. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Hello, proper digestion is responsible for healthy skin. Try this ayurvedic routine to get rid of pimple and marks quickly- a) paripatahadi kwath 2 tsp twice a day with water b) patoladi kwth 2 tsp twice a day with water c) gandhak rasayana 1 tab twice a day d) avipattikar churna 1 tsp twice a day e) tab tapyadi loha 1 tab twice f) go to bed early before 10 pm, and avoid spicy diet, curd, non-veg, and green leafy vegetable you will see the positive result in few weeks.

Munakka ke Fayde in Hindi - मुनक्का खाने के फायदे

मुनक्का का इस्तेमाल औषधीय के साथ-साथ धार्मिक कार्यों में भी किया जाता है. पूजा-पाठ के बाद इसे प्रसाद के रूप में ह=भी दिया जाता है. अंगूर के सभी गुण मुनक्का में होते हैं. मुनक्का दो प्रकार का होता है लाल मुनक्का और काला मुनक्का. मुनक्का खाने से खून बढ़ता है और वायु दोष भी दूर होता है. इसको खाने से रक्त की वृद्धि होती है और वायु, पित्त, कफ दोष दूर होते हैं. त्वचा पर मुनक्का पौष्टिक होता है. यह कम वसा और उच्च ऊर्जा प्रदान करता है. मुनक्का त्वचा को स्वस्थ और सुंदर रखने में मदद करता है. मुनक्का त्वचा की कोशिकाओं की रक्षा करता है. इसमें मौजूद एंटीऑक्सीडेंट फ्री रेडिकल्स से त्वचा की कोशिकाओं को नुकसान होने से बचाते हैं. मुनक्का में विटामिन ए और ई की मात्रा होती है जो त्वचा की बाहरी परत में नई कोशिकाओं के विकास में मदद करती हैं. मुनक्का में रेस्वेराट्रोल पाया जाता है जो त्वचा के स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद है. आइए मुनक्का के फायदे जानते हैं.

1. हृदय के लिए
मुनक्का के नियमित सेवन से हार्ट अटैक की समस्या को दूर रखने में मदद करता है. इसके लिए एक गिलास दूध में 8 से 10 मुनक्का उबाल लें. अब इसमें एक चम्मच घी डालकर सुबह शाम पियें. इससे ह्रदय रोगों से आराम मिलता है.
2. बालों के लिए
मुनक्का में बालों के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक आयरन पाया जाता है. आयरन की कमी के कारण बाल बेजान और झड़ने शुरू हो जाते हैं. मुनक्का में विटामिन सी बड़ी मात्रा में होता है जो बालों में प्राकृतिक रंग बनाए रखने में मदद करता है.
3. कब्ज में
इसके सेवन से पाचन तंत्र में सुधार होता है. इसमें मौजूद फाइबर जठरांत्र मार्ग से विषाक्त पदार्थों को बाहर निकालने में मदद करते हैं. 10 मुनक्का को सुबह दूध में अच्छे से उबालकर दूध को पी लें. इस का एक हफ्ते तक सेवन करें, आप को कब्ज़ की समस्या से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा.
4. वजन बढ़ाने में
हर मेवे की तरह मुनक्का भी वजन बढ़ाने में मदद करता है क्योंकि इसमे फ्रुक्टोज़ और ग्लूकोस पाया जाता है जो हमें एनर्जी प्रदान करता है. 10 मुनक्का 5 छुहारे को सुबह शाम दूध में उबाल कर इस का सेवन करें, आप का वजन बढ़ना शुरू हो जायेगा.
5. एनीमिया में
मुनक्का खून को बनाने के लिए विटामिन बी काम्प्लेक्स की ज़रूरत को पूरा करता है. इसके अलावा मुनक्का में भरपूर मात्रा में कॉपर पाया जाता है जो लाल रक्त कोशिकाओं के निर्माण में मदद करता है. सोते समय लगभग 10 से 12 मुनक्का को धोकर पानी में भिगो दें. इसके बाद सुबह उठकर मुनक्का के बीजों को निकालकर अच्छी तरह से चबाकर खाने से शरीर में खून बढ़ता है.
6. हड्डियों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए
कैल्शियम का भरपूर स्रोत होने के कारण मुनक्का हड्डियों और दांतों को मजबूत बनाता है. इसमें बोरान नामक सूक्ष्म पोषक तत्व प्रचुर मात्रा में पाया जाता है जो कैल्शियम सोखने और हड्डियों तक कैल्शियम को पहुँचाने में मदद करता है.
7. बुखार में
मुनक्का में मौजूद फिनोलिक पायथोन्यूट्रिएंट, जर्मीशिडल और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट तत्वों की वजह से जाने जाते हैं. यह जीवाणु संक्रमण और वायरल से लड़कर बुखार को जल्दी ठीक करने में मदद करते हैं. रात को 10 मुनक्का और अंजीर को पानी में भिगोकर रख दें. सुबह एक गिलास दूध में इसे उबाल लें.
8. यौन दुर्बलता में
मुनक्का कामेच्छा को बढ़ाता है. मुनक्का में मौजूद एमिनो एसिड यौन दुर्बलता को दूर करता है. इस लिए तो शादी शुदा लोगों को पहली रात दूध का गिलास दिया जाता है जिसमें मुनक्का और केसर मिला होता है.
9. आँखों के लिए
इसमें विटामिन ए, बीटा कैरोटीन होता है जो आँखों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत आवश्यक होता है. इसमें एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट गुण होते हैं जो आँखों को फ्री रेडिकल्स से लड़ने में मदद करते हैं. मुनक्का को खाने से आँखों की कमज़ोरी, मांसपेशियों की क्षति, मोतियाबिंद आदि नहीं होते हैं.

मुनक्का के नुकसान

  • मुनक्का के अधिक सेवन से शरीर में कैलोरी की मात्रा अधिक हो जाती है और आप का वजन ज्यादा बढ़ सकता है.
  • मुनक्का के अधिक सेवन से मधुमेह, हृदय रोग, और फैटी लीवर, कैंसर ही समस्याएँ हो सकती हैं.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Use antidandruff shampoo daily.Use keshkanti oil from Ramdev at bedtime it is really effective Do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet KERALEGO Eva daily for six months. Avoid junk food and fried food.
