Sir mere knee ke niche dono legs mein pain hota hai. Pehle yeh nahi hota tha actually 1 month pehle maine morning mein slow running start ki thi, jis se Maine 5 kg weight loose ho gaya. Phir maine running stop kardi to pain theek ho gaya. Maine doctor ko bhi dikhaya tha x-ray or uric acid report bhi normal thi. Par ab maine dobara slow running start ki 1 week ke bad phir pain start Ho gaya. Aisa lagta hai jaise legs joint se nikal jayegi. Running stop karne ke baad normal chalne se pain nahi hota tha, ha par jada chalne se thoda pain hota tha. Doctor pls advise me.
