No needed such a hopeless things just take below course 2.Rhus tox 0/2 once a day for 4 days Ruta 200 as above Sympht 200 as above Hyper200 once day for 5 days Bell3 c liquid 4tims day Ask me in private so dat we can discuss in better manner and also you wil improve Also we can change d medicine.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am 29 years old. I am having knee pains(i can not stand more time ) for both knees since 5 years. I have gone x ray, normal blood checkup and mri scanning for right knee two years back. In mri scanning tear is there but its minor, some medicens and knee caps I used. Since two years I am not using any tablets by doing morning walking pain bit less. Last few days severly I am suffering I can not stand even 20 min, yesterday I gone normal blood checkup everything ok. Please give me solution sir.

Please do consult neuro musculoskeletal physiotherapist or orthopaedician or neuro physician asap for your present pain as first aid do have hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 3days of 15 minutes duration each time

It may not be only reason gif your pain theramay be associated or of general muscle strain may be the cause.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Use back sapport.

Start having green tea tulsi empty stomach. Go for walk daily. Yoga is beneficial for you & increase calcium intake in diet. Add milk, paneer, pulses, fruits&salad more.
