Doing yoga esp bhujangasana regularly at lest for 5 mints will help you to reduce the pain, Along with bhujangasana, if you do ardha shalabhasana with each leg for 5 mints & shalabhasana for 5 minits. breathlessness will be not there. Along with yogaasan stat using homeopathy medicine to prevent the backache in future.

I suffered a deep cut on my left thumb while I was cutting vegetable plants with a old knife. I used turmeric powder to stop the blood flow, then within 24 hrs I took tetanus injection from a local B.H.M.S Doctor and also gave me medicine to heal my wound. So, now I want to know what foods should I eat and what not so that my wound gets healed quicker.

You should avoid oily fatty food. Increase intake of sufficient calories from a balanced diet of nutritious foods. Plan healthy, balanced meals and snacks that include plenty of foods— protein, fruits, vegetables, dairy and grains. Include optimum amounts of protein. This will promote wound healing well.

Are you taking any cholestrol reducing medications. Few people suffer from myalgias ie muscle pains due to it check your sgpt levels also in the lab have you started your vitamin supplements also.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medicine contact on private chat.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. . Hi lybrate user. There are many causes of headache. Weak eyesight, gastritis, stress, high b. P. Tension, work load, any injury in head or abdomen, fever, avoid all these. Avoid spicy and oily meals. Eat meals on time. Take few rest during work. You may apply pain-balm on head sos for relief from headache. And also take tab. Diclomol one sos. Hello lybrate-user for dark circles under your eyes take eye cell treatment and eye peel treatment by consulting a dermatologist along with the medication. Have good sleep and nutritious food. If you feel pain though then you can consult a ophthalmologist, and get thorough checkup of your eyes.

It might be due to sinusitis and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

She should focus on weight control which is pretty much ok and do exercises regularly do build up quadriceps muscles. I personally feel more active life style will help her feel better and lessen her pains. Personally do not feel that medicines really work except pain killers which should be judiciously used. This Is we assume its only ageing osteoarthritis and there is no post injury acute onset that resulted in internal damage to the structures.(meniscus/Ligament ). Get her vitamins checked and encourage exercises.

Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.
