Hello,First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Hello, you need to reduce your wt by 16 kg. Follow the under noted tips: * cut your meal by 20% * take, plenty of salad, fruits, sprouts with 2 breads & consume fruits, whenever, you feel hungry. * go for meditation for 30 mnts. * take, plenty of water * take, apples, carrots, banana, pumpkins, papaya, cheese, milk, spinach. Take homoeo-medicine** @ fucus vasq-20 drops with 1/4 cup of luke warm water 1/2 an hr before each meal. @ cal carb 30-6 pill, thrice a day. Report monthly, take care.

These are some methods & instruction for releif in snoring: • Exercise daily and running, jogging. Do long breathing exercise pranayam daily. • Clear nasal passage (nose) before sleeping. You can take steam for 2 - 3 minutes to clear the passage. • Change your sleeping position, elevate your pillow slightly while sleeping. • Sleep on a side not on back. • Avoid smoking and excess drinking alcohol. Do not take sedative medicines. • You can do some throat exercises. Repeat these vowel a, e, i, o, you loudly three minutes few times in a day. Place your tongue tip behind your teeth and move backward three times in a day. Move your jaw in left side with open mouth for 30 seconds and in right side for 30 seconds. • You can also try for anti snoring mouth appliance.

How to remove belly fat.
Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, I'm 32 year old married man. I got married about four year ago and it was an arranged marriage. Now I am hopeless due to hyper behavior of my wife. Whenever I deny something to my wife or try to make her understand something, a long argument take place and if I am not agree with her than she becomes hyper and at last she behaves like insane. Try to leave the home immediately or try to harm herself by taking the knife at her throat (even on throat of my 2.5 year old son). She had also tried to jump from the running car (with son) ones time because she was scolded her for some expensive purchase. But just after half an hour she becomes normal and accepts her insane behavior was wrong. She also accepts her fault in part and complaining a headache just after the incident. Initially I ignored this but throughout time I see repeated pattern. Her some relatives told me that she possess this type of behavior since childhood and her farther and grandmother also have the same pattern. Is this any type of genetically disease? Or psychological problem only. Is there any cure for it? Please suggest me.

Hello lybrate-user your wife's behavior could be genetic and / or socially learned. Social learning happens as a protective learned behavior. She has seen others behaving in particular way in stressful situation and that is was she her learned response to any stressful situation. The good news is that we human being have a capability to re-structure our response through our will and freedom of choice. I believe as she regrets her bahavior later and feel sorry. She will be willing to see someone who could help her learn and restructure her stress response mechanism. Any behavior modification technique along with some stress management tools will help her. Look for some one in your area as she might be more comfortable talking to someone in person. Both of you need to keep both patience and faith. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Lybrate-userji as you said you twisted your knee. In such cases you should investigate first by x ray nd mri as most of the time you got ligament injury. Till that time you can not do exercise. If on mri there is no ligament injury than nd than you should do exercise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hi A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.
