Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. I feel intense pain on place of my right overy. Last year in may I did a ultrasound test which diagnosed some cyst in that. My periods so heavy and pain ful but sometimes it is less bleeding. I consult a gyonic who told me that is bcz your thyroid level. My thyroid level that time 9.44. She suggested some medicine. Like thyronorm 25 mcg. But after 3 month I discontinued that now again test of thyroid the result is 7.44 and again start to taking thyronorm after prescribed by a doctor. But my stomach pain is always same. I am suffering from headache, vomiting and feel like do much weakness and moving my head. Now what should to do?

Nothing to worry about you will be fine in few months treatment kindly send me your usg reports as well recent thyroid profile test l. Along with menstrual history for better assessment. Hi lybrate-user, depression is not a serious problem, most individuals have depression from mild to severe. Depression can be solved depending upon individual's confidence and emotional balance. He can get rid of depression, poor sleeping habits and constant rumination due to some incident. First should bring him out from his own world, he should see, feel, perceive everything the way a normal person feels, perceives, sees. First find out what he likes the most, each and every individual has got an habit or an hobby that can become crazy, should make him addictive to such an habit like reading, watching or hobbies like swimming, gardening should praise or encourage them to perform such actions slowly trying to divert them. You can of course send them to gym or aerobics it is an good approach to bring out depression or remove depression within him. You allow him to outburst his depression by allowing him to cry, shout or scream aloud in a room, it is an other way to bring out depression away from him. Slowly he will heal as time goes on within an month or two months definitely. Vo counting periods kitne din pe aata hai uske upar hota hai. Agar regular 28 din pe aata hai to 28 june se 8 July aur 15 July se 26 July tak safe period kahte hai, jab next period aata hai. Magar yeh method jyada fail hoti hai ya ni na chahne per bhi pregnancy rahti hai.

There are no side effects of masturbation as it is the same act a person does by his/ her hand as the penis does in female genital during coition. You can do it as many times a week you personally feel comfortable. Proper nutrition is good help.

Hi I am 32 and married .My concern is about controlling anger and having negative thinking about the matters related to my spouse. Dear lybrate user. I can understated. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. I suggest anger management therapy. Negative thinking about your wife and her activities and behavior could be due to your own ego and disrespect. There could be behavioral problems with your wife too. I need to know more about it. Anyhow, there is nothing to worry. Most of the psychological problems can be cured with scientific therapy methods. Take care.

Using sunscreen is a must. But using different types is of no help. Uv rays damage skin cells producing free radicals and a variety of effects like blemishes, pigmentation, darkness and dullness of skin. They need to provide protection from uva and uvb rays. A sunscreen of spf 30 at least should b used. Also, look for pa+++ on the product. Also, go for sunscreens with both physical blocks and chemical agents like avobenzone. Use a gel based sunscreen if you have an oily skin like sun cross aqua gel. Repeat sunscreen after every three hours, use even when indoors. Uv ray's enter even through your windows and car windshields. Use sunscreen before and after you go swimming. You can use make up or cosmetics over your sunscreen half an hour later. Hair diet eat cheese, butter, ghee, ice cream, chocolates. Have liver. Egg yolk is good for this, not the whites. This diet vil definitely make a difference for you. You need to incorporate pulses-beans, peas, horsegram, bengal gram, lentils, black gram, red gram, urad dal, black, yellow, red dal in cooked form as curry, in salads, in relishes, in samhave fish -sardine, mackerel, tuna. Salmon. Plenty of meat -chicken, beef, mutton. Have milk and milk products in the plenty.
