How can you increase my stamina? Tell me how to do it daily. I Want to increase it on a daily basis.

To increase your stamina you need to have complete sound sleep of 6-8 hours. Sleep & wake up early. Exercise daily early morning as it peps up your energy level by releasing happy hormones. Drink 2-3 litres daily water to prevent dehydration & thus low stamina. Have plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables, green tea as these provide antioxidants that increase immunity & thus stamina. Include good quality proteins like fish/ chicken/ egg/ dairy product (esp curd), nuts, oilseeds, cereal-pulse combinations as it helps with body building, tissue repair, improved immunity & stamina. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep your energy levels boosted.

Dear User, I hope you are donig well. You need to corrcet your diet also along with your activity. Every body having different response with diet and activity. You may follow certain tips loke increases water intake reduce simple crabs eat complex carbs but proper strategy require to gain muscle and reduce fat. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Do a medical test and follow these.Do muscle building exercise,it will help in weight gain.Use whole cream milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take dense fruits and vegetables.Eat more fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt.Add ghee,cream,butter,jam,jelly with food.Take nuts and seeds.Add more healthy fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take proper rest.

have sufficient quantity of food at regular intervals. do not give long gap between meals. have some fruit or fruit salad with every meal. take a handful of dry furits/peanuts/almonds every day. Have some physical activity like morning walk start with short distance and gradually increase the distance. if you can give your regular food habits and daily activity we will be able to give better solution for the problem

To keep up good health, it is absolutely necessary for one to indulge in physical exercise or activities. Physical activities, in general, are linked to a host of good benefits, such as reduced stress and a healthier and better outlook, besides increasing the body's resistance against complications like heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes and muscle pain among others problems.

Similarly, the practice of yoga is an ancient tradition well known for its health benefits. In addition, walking can further complement the practice of yoga and they can together prove to be highly advantageous, to the extent where they can be possibly regarded a better alternative to the act of gyming.

Here are a few benefits of gym workouts followed by the benefits of yoga plus walking:

  2. While gym workouts may be more expensive, yoga requires minimal accessories and is therefore, more economically convenient.
  3. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages, whereas gymming and other intense physical activities are not advisable for old people or those with specific medical ailments like hypertension and heart problems.
  4. There are minimal withdrawal effects with yoga, in contrast to gym workouts.
  5. Gymming requires you to go to the gym, whereas yoga and walking can be done anywhere and everywhere.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
