No toothpaste will give your father a permanent relief. A reason for pain has to be diagnosed first. Take your father to your nearest dentist.

Go to a dentist & get it diagnosed that why is it paining. Pain can be relieved by treatment of the, breaking of tooth is not the option.

When a tooth gives you pain you can save it if it is possible. Removing the tooth is not the only option.
