Its not about the size of the testes. There mst be some local pathology. See a surgeon. You will need sonography of testes.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

I have taken weight gainer 2 year back 3 kg after 1 year I have taken sanyashi weight gain medicine for weight gain .people claim sanyashi medicine have steroids also weight gainer I have taken 2 year back have steroids. Now when I go to gym my body do not get pain after gym. Please tell me is it a side effect of steroids? Also suggest me good diet plan to recover from this? I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

After a uterus & ovaries have been removed, patient will need hormone replacement therapy. The exact dose, a gynaecologist will be able to tell. Any way diabetes must be well controlled.

To propel the body to work further, we start consuming stimulants like energy-boosting drugs, coffee, cigarettes, etc. The main issue is that people don't understand which energy-giving food should be consumed. We should be able to select the right energy-giving foods, which build up the body and prevent the destruction from stimulants. The following are some healthy snacks recipes, which would help you rebuild the lost stamina. (I) Soya bean delight This snack is based on a variety of simple preparation techniques and readily available foods. The powerful health benefits of these nutrient-dense foods provide the extra energy you need. This recipe has a blend of fruits, seeds, nuts, and soya beans drenched with the goodness of vegetable juice as a dressing. Take a look at a few delightful, healthy snack recipes: Sesame seeds3 tbsp. Now in a bowl, combine the sprouts, wheat flakes, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot. Sprinkle the required peanuts, chaat masala & salt on them. Use a dressing on it with a mixture of curd and garnish with coriander leaves. Add a dash of lime if required. About the Ingredients Sprouts are particularly beneficial for women’s blood and bone strength. When you consume sprouted pulses, you can be sure of getting high returns in terms of nutrition and vitality. Sprouts are an excellent source of protein, fibre, calcium & iron. They act as an abundant energy-giving food and help to make the blood thin. Hence, they prevent clotting and also reduce blood cholesterol. Wheat flakes are readily available breakfast cereals, which are fortified with nutrients and can be used to give that added crunch to the recipe. Salt to tasteMustard oil1 tbsp. Method of preparation Clean fish, make slits on its body and keep aside Make thick chutney by grinding the rest of the ingredients. Marinate fish in the chutney & 1 tbsp mustard oil for 2 hours Place fish in an aluminium foil & bake in an oven or pan without any water on a slow flame. The fish will cook in its juices and keep all the nutrients available in the recipe intact. Among the best healthy snacks recipes in the country, this dish is intended for those of you who prefer eating a light dinner of fish with whole wheat bread and clear vegetable soup. You need to remember that fish contains Omega-3 fatty acid, which keeps the heart healthy. The greens, of course, are rich in iron, calcium, vitamin C and soluble fibre. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy

In post operative situation you shouldn't do fasting. You should take small and frequent meal throughout the day. A balanced healthy food is all you need. Increase your protein by taking egg white milk products like dahi/chena, fish. More vegetables and fruits in diet. Try to have boiled food or as much as less oil in cooking. Avoid spicy, oily, refined, red meat and all fatty foods. Hope you soon overcome the problem. Best of luck.

LOW BACK PAIN EXERCISE; DEAR you FOLLOW THIS EXERCISE LUMBAR EXTENSION STRETCHES Generally these are good for individuals who may have a disc herniation. They should be performed with caution for anyone who has spinal stenosis or any known fractures in their vertebrae. Prone Press Up: Begin by lying on your stomach with your elbows bent underneath you and palms flat on the surface. Keeping your hips and pelvis in contact with the surface, lift your upper torso off the mat with your arms, keeping your back muscles relaxed. Only go as high as you are comfortable. Perform 10 repetitions holding each one for 10 seconds each, working your way to 30 seconds Generally, the flexion based stretches are good for those with spinal stenosis or tightness through the lower lumbar musculature. Single Knee to Chest: Begin by lying on your back with both knees bent. Bring one knee up towards your chest. Perform 2-3 repetitions, holding each one for 15-30 seconds. You may feel a stretch along the lower back or buttocks area. You may also perform this with both legs up towards your chest if it is comfortable Prayer Stretch or Child’s Pose: This stretch is for the lower back muscles along the spine and is a very common yoga pose. On your hands and knees, sit back so your buttocks is resting on your heels. Reach your hands forward to lengthen your spine and feel a stretch in your middle back. You can reach your hands to either side to focus the stretch on the opposite side of your spine. Hold for 10-30 seconds and perform 2-3 repetitions. Angry Cat Stretch: This stretch can incorporate both an extension and a flexion component. You may perform either way or just one way if that is more comfortable for you. On your hands and knees, let your belly sag towards the table to increase extension through your spine (lumbar extension picture). To increase flexion through your spine, arch your back upwards, bringing your spine away from the table (lumbar flexion picture). You may hold each position for 5-20 seconds and repeat several times NERVE STRETCHES Just as you can stretch a muscle, you can stretch a nerve. Nerve stretches are very important to perform if you have any radiating pain from your lower back into your buttocks or legs. Nerve stretches are also very important to perform after lumbar surgery to ensure that there is no scar tissue adhering the nerve to any internal structures. Sciatic Nerve Stretch: This stretch should be performed if the majority of the radiating pain into the legs is felt in the buttocks, back of the leg, and/or through the calf and foot. This follows the pathway of the sciatic nerve. By stretching the nerve, it can help to desensitize it so that it will not cause as much pain. Perform this stretch by lying on your back with your hand behind one knee, preferable the leg with the sciatic pain. Straighten your knee then alternate flexing your ankle back and forth. Only hold your ankle in each position for a few seconds. Perform 10 repetitions on each side. As with beginning any new exercise, start off slowly with a very gentle stretch. Stop if you have any increase in lower back pain or sciatic pain down your leg. If unsure whether you should perform these stretches, consult your doctor or physical therapist.

Hello. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Hi, I don't think health is less Important than work.if you don't remain fit every sphere of your life will be effected. its advised you do some time management. To de stress take breaks. have warm water lemon and honey empty stomach in morning and throughout the day have warm water. cut on carbs potatoes aerated drinks etc. have leafy vegetables and eat every 2 hours. For that u will have to eat every two hours even at office. when you get up.. do some skipping for 10 minutes . search you tube videos they have 7 minute 5 minute work out. try to do that. It may be tough initially but if you don't you will feel bad afterwards . so why not try. you can consult me for any query
