Sir, I cannot digest food since 3 years .whenever I go to toilet there is loose motion. Sometimes it gets okay. But most of the times there is worst condition. My weight is also reduced to a very large factor in this three years.

Take light meal home cooked. Avoid fine flour/maida preparations. Use boiled n then cooled water to drink. Eat on time Before meal use chitrakadi vati one tab both time. After meal do not drink water for 45 min. Take bilwadi churn at night 5gm with warm water. Do not use Saaboot dal/wholegrain pulse n milk for about 2 month. Or use double toned if must. Follow above regime for 2 month strictly. Avoid junk food n cold drinks.

No confusion. Eggs are good for health. Eat 2 eggs everyday. Boiled/fried. If you want to gain weight. This concept that - XYZ food makes you gain / lose Weight - itself is wrong. Gain or loss depends on too many body/diet/exercise factors. A wrestler can eat 12 eggs a day and stay healthy and fit. But if an office manager eats 12 eggs a day he will become obese in a month. So enjoy your eggs. Stay healthy and stay happy.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

You will need to work on your weight. Once wt reduction achieved periods will regulate on its own. Metformin will just help with it loss aiding period regulation. Good luck.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea/coffe/ cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok . 10 pm 6 am is good timing.

Hello, I am 27 year old male with height of 5'10" and weight 82 Kgs. I have recently started gym for fitness and increase in overall endurance being a vegetarian I am unable to follow a diet plan. I feel weakness and lethargic due to low protein and overall nutrition I started to consume raw paneer, but then stopped due to no taste. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.
