I have excessive hàir fall. I changed my shampoo but no better result of it. What should I do.
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. Common reasons behind hair fall are 1) lack of essential nutrients in the body 2) improper and unhealthy dietary habits 3) hormonal imbalance 4) certain medications, 5) dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, 6) anemia and thyroid issue 7) increased body heat 8) stress and tension etc. 9) use of hard water to wash hairs tips to stop hair loss 1) use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. 2) have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. 3) start taking ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. 4) keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. 5) get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. 6) milk with 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach 7) avoid hard water to wash your hairs.

Hi Harish, Acne are common during teen age. Sudden hormonal spurt during puberty causes acne formation. Solitary acne for four years need a course of injections but if you want to avoid the injection, you can use Zyclin Nano gel on the acne.To be applied twice a day for 15 days. 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Hi 1) massage with stress relief oil or warm coconut oil to head, neck, and ears. 2) apply chandan powder +2-4 saffron threads+ pinch of cinnamon (dalchini) lep with rose water to forehead. 3) take 8 hrs sleep in the night. 4) avoid oily & spicy food. 5) pour 3-4 drops of warm pure cow ghee in both nostrils in head low position 6) do eye check up if headache persist 7) for chronic migraine & headache we have migraine get well package.

Hi, however late do I sleep, my sleep breaks at around 5 30 to 6. I try to sleep after that but can not. What's the reason? I usually have some work so I can not sleep early at night. I feel inactive whole day due to lack of sleep.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Use one tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Mix it well and apply it on the face. Allow it to be there overnight and in the morning wash the face with water and no soap. Do it twice a week for better results.

Hi , as you mentioned you have tooth ache due to germs, it must be so that you ve developed cavities or gum problems which is causing the pain in the respective tooth. I would suggest you not to take self medications rather visit a nearby dentist and get the tooth checked.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Heart Failure - 5 Causes Of It!

Heart failure occurs when the heart fails to pump blood around the body and organs for oxygen and nutrients. As blood moves through the heart and body at a slower rate, pressure in the heart increases. The chambers of the heart stretch to hold more blood to be able to pump through the body. This helps the blood to move but eventually the heart muscle walls weaken, unable to pump blood efficiently. The kidneys, in response cause the body, to retain fluids. The leakage of fluid in the tissues and the organs congests the heart, leading to heart failure.

Any of the following conditions can be responsible for weakening the heart and causing heart failure.

1. Coronary artery disease: this is a disease of the arteries supplying blood and oxygen to the heart that causes decreased blood flow to heart muscle. If the arteries get blocked or narrowed (due to the buildup of fatty deposits), the heart fails to get oxygen and nutrients, which may eventually lead to heart failure.

2. Heart attackif the artery becomes suddenly blocked or the plaques formed by fatty deposits rupture, it can lead to a heart attack. This happens due to the formation of a blood clot which may block blood flow to an area of heart muscle.

3. High blood pressure: high blood pressure puts an extra strain on the heart for it to work harder to circulate blood throughout the body. As a result, the heart muscle may become stiff or weak to effectively pump blood.

4. Heart muscle weaknessthis condition can have many causes including diseases, infections, drug and alcohol abuse. Genetic factors may also contribute to the weakening of heart muscles.

5. Other diseases: chronic diseases like diabetes, HIV, hyperthyroidism or a buildup of iron or protein can also lead to heart failure. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Cardiologist.

Hello. Hairfall is having somany reasons. To get result you have to focus on following things. If problem is severe its better to consult doctor. 1. Take good amount of protein diet. 2. Do not skip breakfast. 3. Manage stress. 4. Maintain sleep hours. 5. Do physical exercise which makes you sweat- atleast once in twodays 6. Take nutritious food like fruits, greens etc.
