Tell me name of antibiotic you are taking Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Consult privately for further management

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called Coccydynia. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. And to reduce the weight falling on the inflammed surface we suggest patients to use air cushion pillow (also called as doughnut pillow) where in the buttock's weight will not fall exactly on the painful tail bone and that would automatically reduce the pain.

You take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. In morning take 1 glass of lukeworm water with 1/2 spoon methidana powder its helps to control blood sugar level. Then walk for 45 min. Tea without sugar with biscuits (digestive marrie / marrie gold) after 1 hr you take breakfast like daliya, oats, upma, sprouts. In midmorning take any fruit except banana, cheeku, grapes. In lunch take 1- 1/2 chapati, dal, salad, vegetables and curd. Then snacks then dinner n don't take rice. Ou take 3 big meals n 2 small meals between 3 big meals. Manual lice and nit removal can help as well to get rid of lice naturally. Remove nits and lice using fine comb and then soak dry hair with white vinegar. Then wrap damp towel soaked in the vinegar around head for 30 – 60 minutes. Use a fine-tooth comb to mechanically remove nits after soaking.

1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. For more details you can consult me. Since when have you joiner gym. What exercises r you doing in gym n in which sequence is also important.

Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.
