My husband is 54 years age suffering from black stool diagnosed chronic duodenum ulcer with negative H. Pyllori. His hb was 10.6 on 29th March 2016 now today hb 9.2 and Esr 59. He is taking Pantocid Hp and sucral syrup for last 10 days. Kindly advice.

Hello chronic duodenal ulcer is well known to cause heavy bleeding which explains the black coloured stool. Since h. Pylori is negative, the said treatment seems to have been started. This needs a surgical gastroenterologist (surgeon who specializes in intestinal surgery) care at the earliest. Diet wise, make sure patient takes a semi solid diet. Include some chicken or mutton liver weekly in his diet to make up for the blood he's losing. Hope this helps. Warm regards,

IT people have lot of sitting job and work mostly in AC. They get muscle weakness and vitamin D deficiency. You need to check Vitamin D levels by blood test. Exercises and some medicines will give long term good results.

Is exercising (heavy weight exercise) regularly beneficial? I don't prefer any extra protein rich supplements for my body growth. It goes well for 20-25 days, but after that I start getting tired very soon and end up quitting my exercise. I am a vegetarian.

Lifting weight, doing some aerobics and core workout is part of a balance exercise program. Weight lifting is very good for long term muscle health and weight management, if done rightly. I do not believe in protein supplements. Rather eating protein rich vegetarian food (all kind of beans) on daily basis will be very helpful and repairing and building muscles after weight lifting. Paneer is also very good source for vegetarians.

I am 26 years old, male. I am suffering from pigmentation and even skin tone dark patches on my fore head from past 4 years. I had consult skin doctor he gave me hydroquinone cream. What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. When you are greaving, your mind is continuously engaged in sad and disturbing thoughts and feeling of loss and perhaps guilt. When sadness over powers you it is difficult to feel any other feelings. Even feeling happy makes you feel guilty and uneasy. Slow but effective way to over cone sadness is to engage yourself in some neutral activities such as cleaning. Walking or readjng a light book. Once you try that for few days you may be ready for following things. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. I am 38 years and have 2 years old daughter. I still have baby pooch and lot accumulated fat around waist, back, hips and thighs. During pregnancy my weight was 64 KGS and now its only 54. I don't have much time for exercise. Pls suggest me weight loss drink and other remedies so that I can get back in shape.

Firstly your weight of 54 is not in excess. The fact that you have managed to bring it down from 64 to 54 is appreciable. Sometimes people tend to be overcritical of their own weight and figure. You should avoid doing it. Of course, it is good to be conscious and take steps to be fit and trim. Now to resolve your issue:- 1. Be confident of yourself at all times. 2. There are no drinks or medicines to dissolve fat. Those are all fake promises. 3. You need to take some time off for exercise, maybe 20-30 mins. 4. You can put your baby in a body sling and go for a walk. It gives great benefits. Its cardio plus weight training combo. Very useful. After that you can do some crunches at home. 5. Or you can do 10 mins simple walk plus 10 mins yoga. Easiest to do is Surya Namaskar. Just little time and space required. 6. Control your diet and make sure minimal sugars/oils/salts/ maida stuff. 7. You can watch Youtube videos of 'Popsugar fitness' or 'Fitness Blender' and do the beginners exercises at home. 8. My son had an accident, he fell from the Scooty. He got four stitches in the chin. Now he says that his jaw hurts right next to the ear. He's worried although he had an x ray and everything was fine. Is it slight jaw dislocation? he has problem chewing food.

No hypertension, no diabetes, no osteoporosis but having arthritis and thereby difficult for long distance walking. Also sometimes blood atraithis & getting mussels stiff. As per local Dr. She is having deficiency of vitamin D and E. Though after taking prescribed medicines the symptoms are not gone. Any suggestions please?

Yes you can use if your directly plucking then you have to wash and apply by making it into paste its outside purchased then they might add preservatives and color etc, for any thing to apply on skin you should watch for any allergic reaction. U have to wash the surface after 10-15 minutes. Most of the tome it acts like moisturizer Skin and conditioner on scalp.

I have pimples from last 5 to 6 years. I got many scars and holes on my face, still I am having pimples on my face.
