True Tulsi leaves should not be chewed .Soak tulsi leaves in water or tea and take the drink after removing them

In case of bleeding gums firstly use a soft bristle tooth brush. After brushing gently massage your gums with finger by tooth powder to enhance blood supply in gums. And have an oral prophylaxis done to have cleaning of your teeth.

I got problems in my tooth so what kind of ointment or paste I should use as sometimes it got very critical.
Use proper brushing techniques with a fluridated toothpaste. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs and also get scalling done once in a year.

Besides having effect on our lungs, smoking or smokeless tobacco can also cause oral diseases like oral cancer, gingivitis, periodontis and tooth decay.

My father suffering teeth pain in before 3 days to up to now. Medicins are also use, but there is no use that. One teeth is too pain. So, please give me best tablet medicine.

If the pain is too much. You need to consult a dentist. Medicine alone doesnt suffice. Because medicine gives temporary relief.

Chew kokam/ garcinia fruit if possible. Maintain oral hygiene by brushing ur teeth twice a day. Apply ghee in the mouth. Avoid tobacco and spicy food intake. U may gargle with the help of coconut oil for 2 minutes and then throw it. All this will help.

Good day 1 week ago saturday I had a very bad injury I fall down on ice and injure my left leg. I went toi the hospital and stayed one day there now they saying my muscles above my left knee (ferrum) was a little bit broken open and we can do two things they told me or we make operation or put a brace. I have chosen for a brace and they told me 4 weeks home to recover with the brace and do not walk too much and walk with crutches. My question is will I recover with my leg totally after a lot of rest and do not walk too much.
