Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

I'm 35 years old I have 2 years 8 months baby. I have hair fall problem my hair dropping to much like bunches lm shocked to c that I hadrely have hair in my head. When I just brush or rool my fingers I find tons of tons of hair in my hand. Even in my pregnancy I never had this problem. All of sudden I'm.loosing so much hair it's gone so tin. And dandruff to much it's killing me. So wounded I feel when I scratch my hair. I went to Dr. batra. Wast of money no use. Hello Don't wry it cn b a hormonal imbalance ..many females experience dis after pregnancy cz of sudden drop in hormones .so dnt b worried abt it mch.stress cn worsen it more . For dandruff u cn use , noskurff lotion on scalp at nite . 8x shampoo ,2-3 times per week ,apply on scalp keep it for 5 min n washed it off .once d dandruff goes stop it or u cn use it once in a week for maintenance. For hair fall , Use tugain solution 5% two times for 3 months. Use triclenz hair shampoo on regular basis . Tab tricoplus woman once a day after food for 3 months. Include protein rich food in ur diet,include green leafy vegetables n fresh fruit s n juices in ur diet ,drink 2-3 lit of water ,45 min of exercise is must.Take some Tym for urself,invest ur me time in ur hobbies . Thanx

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. : make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count to 8. Relax the muscles and count to 10. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night).

It could be a personality issue or social phobia, for which counseling is best and results are long lasting compared to medications. It may go into chronicity if help is not sought early.

Lybrate-user. A sound, refreshing and relaxing sleep of 8-10 hours is essential of general well being and good health. Late night shifts hamper sleep quality and disturb sleep timings, biological circadian sleep rhythm patterns. In the long run if you wish to stay healthy, you may ensure a set sleep pattern unless very necessary otherwise. Get a relaxing sleep everyday, preferably during the night hours. If you still feel the quantity and quality of sleep is not upto mark consult me personally. Do not use sleeping pills available over the counter injudiciously / alcohol before sleep.

you can take Tab. Dolo 500 mg sos. Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. Dear lybrate-user wt gain is mainly becoz of low physical activity n faulty food habits. Increase your physical activity as urs is a desk job go for walk, take stairs instead of elevators, follow some exercise plan make changes in your diet by including more veggies n fruits, whole grains n dals. Avoid junk n fried foods.

Hello- this symptom suggest that you have a pitta prakruti and rakta sar body. This is one of the types of body structure mentioned in ayurveda the associated symtoms with this are feeling tingling sensation in sunlight, warm palms and soles, feeling hot flushes etc. Follow these regimen - 1) avoid excess spicy diet and eat more sweets. 2) milk and ghee will be beneficial for you. 3) coconut oil massage will provide soothing effects and will counter the heat effects. 4) ruhafja sharbat, gulkanda etc will be good for your health.

Hello this does not seems normal so please take less intake of fluids during night hours. Take Acid phos 200, 5 drops once in a week for 2 weeks and then revert me.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

1. It is important to gargle with warm water immediately after nebulization. This measure is intended to wash out the deposits of drugs that if allowed to stay within the oral cavity, will lead to hoarseness of voice and oral ulcers.

2. Following the gargle, drink 2 cups of warm water. This measure will wash out the drugs that is deposited during nebulization on the walls of the esophagus. Thus avoid esophageal irritation caused due to the drug deposited on the inner walls of the esophagus.

3. It will definately help to have a air purifier at home to monitor the particulate matter content in the ambience. This will also reduce the frequency of attacks and enable relatively clean air for the affected, creating comfortable indoors.

4. Take time out to teach children on how to apply the inhaler effectively so as to be able to self-help during acute asthmatic attacks. If available, adrenaline shots of 0.5 to 1 mg may be carried on them, so that in event of severe asthmatic attack, a subcutaneous shot of adrenaline is life saving.

5. Be aware of early signs of an attack, point out these early signs to asthmatic children so that they may stop their activity and take self-help measures.

6. Do not wait for ambulances to arrive in case anybody is in acute asthmatic attack, sit the person in upright position, give them multiple shots through pocket inhaler or start nebulisation with duolin +/- budecort, if the affected person is carrying a adrenaline shot - 1mg subcutaneous should be given on the deltoid of either upper limb of the person.

Hye, Thanks for the query. It's is possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.
