Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

I have bent penis like a banana. Please suggest that how to make it straight again.

BHMS
Homeopath, Surat
I have bent penis like a banana. Please suggest that how to make it straight again.
A bent penis is an erect penis that curves to one side or the other and in most cases, it is absolutely normal. A curved penis simply can be a result of individual anatomy. If, however, your penis has a pronounced curve or bends sharply especially if penetration is impossible or if an erection is painful you should see a urologist. You may suffer from peyronie's disease where scar tissue develops in the penis. The direction that an erect penis takes depends on the proportion of crus (penis under the skin) to exposed penis. Men with a shorter crus, and thus a longer penis, are more likely to have an erection that points downward, while an erect penis that has a longer crus will probably point outward, or even straight up. Sometimes the penis also bends to the left or to the right. In the vast majority of cases, the curve falls well within the norms of most men and should not be a deterrent for a relationship. If you feel that your penis has an abnormal shape is to go to a urologist to make certain that this curvature doesnot indicate some problem. Once in a while, a man does have a more pronounced curve than most. Even the majority of these men donot have a problem in bed, although a few may have to adjust the positions they use. In some cases, however, a man may have peyronie's disease, a condition that can make sex impossible. Peyronie's disease inflicts some men with a penis that bends so severely when it becomes erect that intercourse becomes impossible. The cause of peyronie's disease is unknown; in many instances, it arises as a result of an injury. The best advice for a man who has peyronie's disease is to visit a urologist who can help you. Some men are so embarrassed by their condition that they refuse to get help, but urologists have helped many men with this problem, so you have no reason to be shy.

Mr. Lybrate-user, since you're a chronic diabetic, I would suggest you to go for an ophthalmic examination. Diabetes affects your eyes, kidneys and peripheral nerves. Regards.

Eucalyptus oil is an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option. •Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil •Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. •Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. Pay attention to these natural factors also when you are working on growth of your Mostache/Beard naturally. 1. Eat health so as to give your body enough vitamins and minerals esp. Spinach, Yogurt, Tomatoes, Carrot, Beans. 2.. It is also important to keep your face clean by using a mild moisturizing face wash; however, avoid frequent washing with strong soaps that tend to dehydrate the skin 3. If you smoke, understand that nicotine does not exactly promote facial hair growth – so, here’s another reason to quit the habit 4. Stress is likely to prevent growth of facial hair; so keep stress at bay by a regular practice of yoga or meditation. HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE LYCOPODIUM 30 Dr. Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water at night every week ACID PHOSPHORICUM Q (Dr. Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily

It is a very healthy and normal habit which many couples do. But make sure your wife like to do it and you don't force her to do. Some women love to do it, others detest or hate it. In sex it should be a pleasurable act for both partners. All the best

Hello lybrate-user I understand what you are going through. There are times in our life when even though we know what our heart desires can not be true but we keep wishing for it to come true. I understand that you have strong feelings for your teacher and I also understand by your query that you are aware that these feelings will not be reciprocated and neither there is a future nor you are expecting one practically. Even though you have feelings for your professor you knoe that things can not eork out, 1. Becos he is married, amd it is not right to cheat 2. Ethically a student - teacher romantic involvement is not healthy. Your problem is that you can not distract yourself frm the teacher, which is even affecting your studies. In order to get over it, first thi gs first, it is very common to admire, be infatuated towards a teacher, as they are our role models, confident, passionate about their subject, and They are supportive, so its common to admire them, look upto them and feel attracted towards them. What you could do is 1. Avoid one on one interaction with him. 2. Occupy your self with some project, club, activity that can keep you pccupied such that you think less about him. 3. Talk to someone about it, someone whom you can trust, contact your college counsellor or anyone else who can support you in keeping your mind away frm the teacher. 4. Remind yourself, that no matter ehat this is a crush tht we would eventually fade away.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.
