Dear, as you are in prostatic age group that could be the problem. How ever get urine examination done to see if you have infection. If so then take antibiotcs for 15 days. If not then get sonography done with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder and post-void residue. Avoid constipation and hard faeces. Hye. Thankyou for the query. Gluten intolerance needs much more than just restrictions of wheat and it's products. Usually gluten intolerance is accompanied by many other deficiencies due to poor assimilation and absorption. You need a proper assessment of your diet, medical history etc to plan out a good diet. You are young and your nutritional needs are very high which cannot be neglected.

To overcome pimples you need to reduce hot or pitta increasing foods, like dry fruits, non-veg & eggs etc. Also, constipation can increase pitta, triphala at all times will reduce constipation & pimples as well. Also, combination of salt & milk should be avoided. Many herbs like manjistha & shirish helps to reduce pimples. Apply himalaya neem face pack daily on your acne.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. Consult for further advice

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

If you are trying to gain some kg, eat some lean red meat. Steak contains a lot of protein and iron. Foods like ground beef, pork chops can also be eaten.

I understand your concern. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat around your tummy area. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some lifestyle medicine expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. We even do this long distance over phone. Best wishes.

I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

1) avoid those activities which increases your pain. Eg: prolong sitting, forward bending etc 2) one should find out the cause of your pain eg: if the pain has started suddenly, it could be a muscle pull while playing or bending or long stretch sitting 3) if the pain is since long and is increasing gradually then you should go for a radiological report to diagnose the problem. Once the cause is known, treatment can be done accordingly. Mean while, focus on the following points: 1) place a cushion and support your back while sitting. 2) check on your footwears. Bad footwear leads to back pain 3) place a pillow under your knees while sleeping straight and between your both knees while sleeping side lying (this technique helps to relax your muscles) 4) use a hot water bag/ heat belt to the painful area, heat will improve the blood flow to the muscles and hence will allow them to relax. 5) start certain stretching and strengthening exercises attest twice a day.
