First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Dear lybrate-user, Namaskar, May be your posture is wrong at the time of work out, get it corrected by your trainer. Also U R underweight, so take lots of protein foods. Forget about Testosterone. Take care.

My mother have pain in her left hand. And it increases when she goes for walking. She doesn't have any chest complaints. ECG and echo results are normal. Cervical xray was done and it also came out to be normal. What should be done now?

Her left hand pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc.*some times left hand may be used as support of head in lieu of a pillow. Soft bed will not give proper support to back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

One month ago I had an injury in the thumb of right leg. While playing the thumb got bent in upward direction almost 90 degree. After that there was serious pain for almost 4 days. It was difficult to walk. But now the pain has disappeared but when something struck my thumb or the thumb collides with something, pain occurs and lasts for 8 to 10 seconds. Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Kindly take rest and give your back the time to recover from the burden. As it is the best treatment for acute back pain. Take liquid diet like daliya, mooong daal soup, plantains, khichdi. Take warm water at least 3 liters a day. An take ashtavarga kshayam 30 ml twice a day with warm water, empty stomach. Do gentle massage with vishagarbha oil (warm it) and do hot fomentation with water bag. Take myostaal forte, 2 tabs twice a day after meals (chew the tabs for best results). Continue the regime for 15 days, and do take rest on flat bed. Avoid bending instantly, lifting heavy weight. Good luck.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I had pain in down part of leg (aire in Hindi) can not walk more. When I come back from office -I tie my leg with some scarf. I already put Ice in my down part of leg. But No relief. Started taking Calciums also. I do not know how suddenly it started.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: Stay off your leg as much as possible Apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day Elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down Please go to a Physiotherapist if: You have pain during or after walking You have swelling in both legs Your pain gets worse Your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment You have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also Low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you Calcium and Magnesium levels.

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Hi kindly rule out iron deficiency, diabetes. It can also be due to peripheral neuropathy alcohol and sleep deprivation. Treatment * begin a regular exercise program, *establish a regular sleep patterns, and *eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful. *leg massages *apply hot baths or heating pads or ice packs to the legs do reply for detail treatment plan.
