Hi first change the posture. Always work on work station instead of bed or chair. Apply ice thrice a day.

Walk atleast 15 min daily

Rt knee replaced in Jan 2015 met with accident last year Injury just bellow Knee 8 stitches knee safe but area around knee swells suddenly, unbearable pain ,pain killer injection gives relief in 8 to 10 hrs age 72,diabetic

Apply ice 4 to 5 times daily and do exercise for knee joint.Also put pillows to raise your leg in sleeping time.Take maximum rest.
