Hello...friends. ..now a days hair falling is very big problem in both male and female. ..how to prevent this. ..all problems r started because of poor diet. Take calcium diets. ..protein diets..means. .add dry fruit , milk, milk products. .Green leafy veg, fruits. .planty of water. ..in ur routine.
