Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in a week , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Long standing does cause problem. It may lead to varicose veins, oedematous swelling. You just need to manage it and whenever you get time, give rest to your legs. Massage your legs gently daily. You may also take homoeopathic treatment for it.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Few diet tips for weight gain - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Many reasons are there like hereditary,health problem,food habit.But you can try these....Eat extra.Use bigger plate.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Add ghee,butter etc with foods.Take nuts,seeds.Eat more fish,egg,meat.dairy products.No water during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These will help you.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Go for exercise.

Hello, eat 5-6 meal a day. Eating 300-500 calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. You have to consume 300-500 more calories than your normal intake every day.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products other than milk like curd and paneer; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello the things that you can do to be physically fit are: 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is hepful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.
