First clean your wound site thoroughly with soap and water under tap at wound site. Get inj tetvac and anti rabies vaccine also as per schedule.

Maintain hygiene tab itraconazole 100 mg take 1 tab twice a day for 4 weeks Luliconazole oint for local application twice a day.
