Hi Mr. lybrate-user, fatty liver is a degenerative change in liver, it will take time to recover, if you do not take alcohol or any other substances, give your liver some time to recover. If you are taking any substance then stop taking it by consulting your nearby psychiatrist. Wish you a speedy recovery, best of luck.

Mr. lybrate-user, please be realistic in expectations and imagination. You say you have piles since 7-8 yrs, I suppose you are symptomatic intermittently, and you think it is stage 4. You have pain now. You have changed your habits since 6 months- does that mean you have not consulted any doctor since 7-8 yrs, or have seen a doctor. Coming to solution- if you are able to push the mass inside by yourself- it is stage 3. Getting cure by Ayruveda- I cannot comment on. I would suggest you see a surgeon, get yourself evaluated and you would need a surgical correction, for relief. You would be surprised why you did not opt for this treatment earlier, as many of my patients tell me. What hinders you from seeking surgical intervention is fear, better get out of it, before you develop further complications of your Pile mass.
