Mujhe erectile dysfunction due to performance anxiety ke solution ke bare me Janna hai Jo me khud kar sakta hi.
Erectile dysfunction due to anxiety is very common problem among young people. Some of the lifestyle changes that you can do to improve it are Exercising regularly: Regular exercise has proven to be effective in improving overall health. For ED, the improved blood pressure, blood flow, and overall health benefits may drastically reduce the risk of a man having or developing ED. Eating healthful aphrodiasiac food: eating nutritious food which has aphrodisaic effect like almonds, garlic, onion, honey, banana, coconut, mushroom, dates, eggs. Quitting smoking and reducing alcohol intake: Both of these activities bring a number of potential health risks, including ED. Reducing or eliminating these activities may help stop ED problems. Reducing stress: A man can have issues with sexual performance if he is overly stressed. Stress can come from a variety of circumstances including work, finances, and relationship troubles. Finding ways to cope with these issues can help reduce stress and may improve ED. Continuing to engage in sexual activities: Stimulating sexual activities that lead to even partial erections may have a positive impact on ED. The increased blood flow to the penis may help to stimulate and improve function over time. I hope above information will be of some help to you.

Alcohol becomes a problem if a person feels compelled to take it everyday and he suffers from withdrawl symptoms like craving, restlessnes, sweating, nausea sleep problems, anxiety etc, when ever he tries to stop it. So the actual problem is pattern of intake. If you are a social drinker then its not a problem.

I am an alcoholic for last 10 years but now my left arm is feeling weak. Please help.
This can be due to alcohol induced neuropathy and myopathy. It has been seen that longterm use of alcohol has very damaging effect on persons nerves and muscles due to defiency of some important nutrients like vit B 1, vit B 12, folate and vit B 6.These vitamins are important for proper functioning of nerves. So its better you stop alcohol after seeking proper professional help. You may need to consult de addiction specialist for it.

I am a patient of schizophrenia. I am taking Sulpitac 300 once daily since last 8 years. I am doing fine & don't have any significant problem now related to the disease. But I feel little restlessness always since the very beginning. Now when I am living a smooth life, I can feel that this restlessness is not normal. Can you please suggest something? Whether I need to take alternative medicine or anything else. Thanks in advance. My age is 39.

The restlessness that you are talking about, if started soon after taking medicine, can be due to medicine also knows as drug induced akathesia, this is a minor side effect of drug. But that does not mean you will stop or change medications. As from your history it seems that medicine has been very helpful and has been able to control your illness. You can consult your doctor who can add some beta blockers or anxiolytic for this restless.

People may also drink excessive water because of a psychiatric disorder called psychogenic polydipsia. The result is too much water and not enough sodium. Thus, overhydration generally results in low sodium levels in the blood (hyponatremia), which can be dangerous. In your brother s case you have also mentiomed that he losing his mind. Its better You should consult a Psychiatrist. If you need my help you can call me through Lybrate. Thanks.

As per medical guidelines you need to continue at least for six months to a year after patient longer feel depressed. Stopping before that time can cause depression to return.
