You should do abpm, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, if that shows raised bp then you take medication, otherwise it is white coat hypertension seen in 30% of subjects.

When ever I go to doctor for consultation due to anxiety my bp increase and in home I checked my home bp it's show normal reading. Should I take bp medicine or its normal. Currently I am taking thyronorm 25 mcg for hypothyroidism.
