I have fat in my tummy. I had do walking and some exercise and diet too. But I have some problems on my knee, so doctor tell me don't do any exercises that should straining to the knee. Dear, *Swimming takes most of the gravity out of the equation and is gentle on all your joints. You can perform most of the swimming strokes to swim laps of the pool, tread water or just move around as you please to exercise without impact on your knees. Avoid any strokes that cause discomfort, and swim continuously for at least 20 minutes so your heart rate is elevated and the fat burning effects of the exercise take hold. *The bench press, shoulder press, rowing movements, biceps and triceps exercises and abdominal work helps to build lean muscle, which helps burn fat. Set up a series of exercises in a circuit to increase the calorie burn even more. Use caution with leg exercises and lift your feet off the floor if you turn while holding a weight so you don’t twist your knee.

Change your life style when you go to a program of weight loss.(1) do a exercise program. Can do yoga, plank, swimming (2) drink more water which helps in cellular activities. Helps in burning fat. Drink water before meals (2) take fewer calories you burn (3) reduce starchy carbs. Use whole grain like oats, cornflakes, bazra, wheat etc. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits.

bleeding gums are sign of gum infection due to accumulation of plaque on teeth. go for scaling and polishing of teeth. use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. maintain proper oral hygiene.

No menses for 8 months should be investigated immediately. Please get blood tests, fsh lh, tsh and prolactin done asap along with sonography to guide you better. You may be suffering from pcod, so get investigated immediately.

If u have frequent constipation then u might be suffering from piles and bleeding may be due to that. But if there is no constipation and no history of piles then u must consult a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy to diagnose the cause of bleeding.

There is no need to worry. Do not remove the facial hair as they would make the hair courser and rough. Instead bleach them. You might be having pcod but then its a change in your body and you do not need to take treatment to it at present. Treatment can be started once you get married.

You need to increase your immunity. The best way to boost your immunity is to take a multivitamin, a vitamin c and a fish oil tablet daily. Exercise dialy. Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol, nicotine and illegal substances. Good luck.

Honestly speaking. Please don't play with nature's blessed complexion at this tender age of child. If at all you want please never. Never. Never apply harmonal fairness creams. Instead some soft minerals and choornas may be given with honey and some soft pure extracts of rose etc may be applied.

Hello. As far as the oil is concerned, try neeli bhringyaadi tailam. If your skin is oily, avoid oils. Also have rasayan tablets 2 twice a day. Try to avoid curd, and spicy food. Do regular anuloma viloma pranayama. Take care.

You mean he is ejaculation. It is normal to masterbation at this age. Hormones will be ok. Not under your contoll. Just use your extra energies in right direction like go for jogging early morning, think positive and work hard in your studies. If you are eating good food - fresh fruits, vegetables and doing regular exercise you will gain in your height. Relax.

Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to remove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises.
