A positive urine pregnancy test means the person is most likely to be pregnant. When pregnancy occurs, there is no menses. Thats why she is not having periods. Even if she takes pills to get menses, the period will not come. If you want the pregnancy, go to a gynecologist who will guide you about the tablets, and diet, and other things to be taken to help the baby grow and prevent abnormalities. If you do not want the pregnancy then too you have to consult the gynecologist as abortion methods will be provided only by a registered gynecologist if you want to confirm the pregnancy you can go for another pregnancy test or a sonography.

For loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 30-45 minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, quit smoking or drinking if any, manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.

Hello sir/mam, I am facing a problem from about a week actually when I get up from sleep, I pass through a shoulder ache , 2 or 3 days I thought it's just because of uncomfort of sleep but day by day it's growing and it's like pinion which hold me whole day because of it I am not able to lift weight and one more thing its start from forearms and now stuck in my shoulders please suggest me a reliable aid.

hi shivam, you may be having micro injury of muscles around your shoulder or it may be a radiating pain from neck or above shoulder because of nerve compression. please give rest and ice pack at the region of pain. do simple neck movements.

I have bloating problem since 25 years. I took 3 glass of warm water in the morning and do yoga also. I walk daily 2 km also. Whenever I took rich food particular rice or fried it affects my sleep. And I also suffer from insomnia. Garlic, cloves, ginger, cinnamon is effective for bloating but due to its `garm prakarti` I could not use it daily. It affects me. Generally I don't suffer from constipation but I daily visit toilet 4-5 time in the morning for bowl evacuation.

Hi take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

I am suffering from viral fever. How can I get better. Recomment me the medicine.

Hello and thanks for writing. I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. Viral fever most often does not require any specific treatment and improves by conservative management only. However there are some red flag symptoms to look for: 1. Fever extending beyond 7 days without relief 2. Confusion, lethargy or neurological changes 3. Fever progressing to hypothermia 4. Rashes over body 5. Difficulty in urination in these cases further evaluation and investigations are required so that appropriate causes may be treated. It will require a doctor's consultation. You can drink plenty of fluids and do other things to get symptomatic benefit.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.
