Hi you need a good amount of protein and calcium diet. You can apply arnica tincture and jaborandi tincture 7 drops mixed in coconut oil and apply to your scalp.

Low blood pressure is no criteria. Please et yourself properly examined for weakness ie your blood count including hb%, fbs, if you are female then mensturation history, your job which may cause anxiety stress which leads to weakness. There many more causes or for which you need through examination.

You can remove unwanted hair with the help of hair removal cream. You can also wax the area but that may create itching for some time.

Forgetting past matters it is good attitude. But why do you think about that status before sleep. Do not think past matters. What is happend over. Do not think again before taking food. Every personality different from person to person. Some one different nature. It is ok. There is no rule we should be like this. As per your nature you are going like that. You get tension free life. When you have good attitude. Do not think about past incidents. Do not remember past things. Feel always comfortable. Every one cheated me it is a feeling. That no one can not cheat to you. If you have good attitude. You are thinking alone yourself that may cause this type of problems. You are suffering from inferiority complex. Better to come from this status. Better to make a good friendly relations with others. Better to make a very good best friends better to express your personal feelings and problems to them. I am feeling pain in stomach and extreme gas release these days. I was diagnosed ibs 3 years ago and was on mild medication. Presently facing stomach bloating and extreme constipation. Any irritant in stomach causes flatulance and gastritis results. Foods that are alkaline should be preferred best. All acidic foods must be taken with care. Any drugs if taking, also can cause irritation. Take nux vomica 30 at night before bed time and puls 200 at morning before food, for a week and revert back.

Hello . Last year I m survived from tb. I m in second line drugs of tb. Now I have some psychiatric problems. Last year many peoples came to me and they always talked about god. They had told me some screw able things about god. From last year I m free at home always have some thoughts about god. Last july m also survived from seizure problem. At that time these thoughts was in mind. Dr. Added some tablets in my course. But these bad thoughts are still in mind. Absorption will be delayed or blocked in gastritis but you have to find the cause of increase in sgpt .It may be hepatitis.

Dear lybrate user with the limited information provided it appears that you are suffering form indigestion issues. This is a common entity when we consume a high carbohydrate load and our intestines are not able to cater all of it, which is then converted to free compounds which later presents as flatulence and uneasiness. It is advisable if you can start exercising regularly along with intake of high fibre diet and liberal fluid intake. Some blood test can also be done if your problem persist. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Ground flax seeds can be added in the batter for making rotis, cookies, cakes, breads, pancakes, etc. Mix them in shakes, smoothies, dips, accompaniments, soups and stews. You can even have them with yoghurt.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut. Following is a list of weight gain foods. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

Dear lybrate user, of course not. Cough means your air passage and lungs r not clear to retain proper oxygen which will b consumed while running in d field. Hence you need to b cough free, first. Avoid, dust, smoke, alcohol, amok img, junk food, cold intake, exposure to cold. Go for meditation to inhale plenty of oxygen to clear your air passage to enhance d tidal value of lungs to retain oxygen.
