First thing u must quit Gutkha. Secondly only medicines may not be effective to resolve the problem. Latest treatment is laser assisted surgery.

My mouth not opened due to chewing gutkha .only two fingers go to inside my mouth. How to solve this problem without medicine. And any effective medicine available please give Mr. reply.

This may due to many reasons like poor periodontal support, deep bite, traumatic bite etc. Better to visit dentist. U may require orthodontic intervention.

I've recently noticed that my two front teeth are being pushed forward more and more, the one on the left much worse, and was wondering why this is happening since they did not use to be like this? What can be done to fix them and is there anything that I can do at home myself? How can I stop my two front teeth from being pushed out anymore. Is there any faster way to treat them.

Dear Sir,
I am suffering from TMJ dysfunction from last 2Months, The main problem is that I am feeling clicking during my mouth opening and closing.
For that problem I had also consult with one Maxillofacial /orthodontist and they had done Occlusion treatment and now they are asking for Splint for 6-8Months.
But after my Occlusion treatment I am feeling Muscle tension Headache and minor pain in my TMJ side.
(Note:- My first doctor (Mr. Manish Sharma) referred me to another doctor (Varun) for Occlusion treatment)
Please suggest whether should I go with splint or not because doctor is not sure for 100% improvement in my TMJ problem.
I am taking below medicine during my treatment:-
1). Rejoint
2). Mahagesic MR-4mg.

It may be due to periodontitis (pyorrhoea). You may require professional cleaning. Better to consult some good dentist.

From last few days I noticed some blood spot in my mouth and it smells bed. I dosent feel any pain. What should I do.
