My brother's wife age is 24 and they are just married. Now he is having problem in sex as he says her wife vagina in soo tight that if he even insert his finger she shout n cries with pain. Then how can he insert his pennis as it is soo tight. Please help him out of this solution. He has tried for 4-5 times but could not do sex. Help him out?

She has tight vagina or vaginismus- the muscles of vagina go into spasm. They should give more time to foreplay. Change the position to she on top or she on knees and he enters vagina from back. She can put one finger inside vagina with some lox gel as lubricant and rotate the finger around vagina, gradually putting two fingers and rotating. This way tightness will go. For vaginismus medicine can help. For medicine ask me in private question.

Abnormal Uterine Bleeding - 3 Ways to Treat it!

Any kind of bleeding from the uterus, which is not normal, can be termed as abnormal uterine bleeding. This refers to bleeding between periods or before periods, bleeding after having sex, spotting, abnormally heavy bleeding or bleeding after attaining menopause. If you are suffering from any of these issues, you need to consult with the doctor

Diagnosis
It is very important to diagnose abnormal uterine bleeding. There are several examinations and tests that have to be carried out, depending on age. For irregular spotting, a pregnancy test can be undertaken in case you think you could be pregnant. If your uterine bleeding is very heavy, a test has to be performed to check blood count. This is done to observe whether you have anemia. An ultrasound test of the pelvic region will also be advised by your doctor to know the cause of the bleeding. Several hormonal tests and thyroid function tests are required as well.

Other diagnostic tests include:

  1. Sonohysterography: When fluid is placed within the uterus and ultrasound images of the uterus are taken. An image of the pelvic organs is obtained.
  2. Hysteroscopy: It can be carried out when a device is inserted via the vagina and enables the doctor to examine the uterus internally.
  3. Magnetic resonance imaging: This is also used to get images of the organs.
  4. Endometrial biopsy:  It involves insertion of a catheter to take out a tissue which is microscopically observed. 

Treatment
There are different types of treatment for abnormal uterine bleeding depending upon factors such as the cause of bleeding and the age of the patient.

  1. Medications: Several medicines are used to treat abnormal uterine bleeding. Sometimes hormonal medicines are used. Birth control pills are also used to improve the regularity of periods. Hormonal infections, vaginal creams and an IUD device releasing hormone can be used. Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are also used to control bleeding. Several antibiotics may also be prescribed.
  2. Surgery: In some cases of abnormal uterine bleeding, a woman has to undergo a surgery for the removal of growth such as polyps and fibroids, which results in bleeding. While some fibroids can be removed via hysteroscopy, others require different techniques for treatment.
  3. Endometrial ablation: It can be undertaken to control bleeding. This mode of treatment aims at reducing the bleeding permanently. In case all treatment methods fail, hysterectomy has to be carried out. This is a serious surgery and after it is performed, a woman does not have periods anymore and will not be able to conceive a child.

Abnormal uterine bleeding is a serious health condition, which may lead to severe complications. Immediate diagnosis and appropriate treatment methods should be undertaken in case of any abnormal uterine bleeding.

10 Tips for a Healthy Pregnancy

Pregnancy is an ideal time to start taking really good care of yourself, both physically and emotionally. If you follow the few simple guidelines below, you should give yourself the best chance of having a problem free pregnancy and a healthy baby.Healthy and fit baby is all what mother demands so here are the tips for a healthy pregnancy.

  1. See your doctor or midwife as soon as possible: As soon as you find out you're pregnant, get in touch with your GP or a midwife to organise your antenatal care.
  2. Eat well: Aim to eat a healthy, balanced diet whenever you can. Try to have, at least five portions of fruit and vegetables daily. Plenty of carbohydrates, such as roti and rice, as the basis of your meals. Choose wholegrain carbohydrates rather than white, so you get plenty of fibre. Daily servings of protein, such as fish, lean meat, eggs, nuts or pulses, and some milk and dairy foods. Two portions of fish a week, at least one of which should be oily.
  3. Take a supplement: Pregnancy vitamin supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet. But they can help if you're worried you're not eating well, or you're too sick to eat much.
  4. Be careful about food hygiene: There are some foods that are not safe to eat in pregnancy. This is because they can carry a health risk for your baby. It is always recommended to avoid foods such as raw papaya and raw pineapple during pregnancy as cause pregnancy or birth complications. It can even lead to miscarriage. Avoid eating outside food.
  5. Exercise regularly: Good exercise choices for pregnancy include, brisk walking, swimming, antenatal classes, yoga, pilates, etc. One should do exercise which she is used to doing regularly when not pregnant and should avoid starting any new exercise during pregnancy without supervision.
  6. Begin doing pelvic floor exercises: Your pelvic floor comprises a hammock of muscles at the base of your pelvis. These muscles support your bladder, vagina and back passage. They can feel weaker than usual in pregnancy because of the extra pressure upon them. Pregnancy hormones can also cause your pelvic floor to slacken slightly.
  7. Cut out alcohol: Any alcohol you drink rapidly reaches your baby via your bloodstream and placenta. There is no way to know for sure how much alcohol is safe during pregnancy. That's why many experts advise you to cut out alcohol completely while you're expecting.
  8. Cut back on caffeine: Coffee, tea, cola and energy drinks are mild stimulants. There are concerns that too much caffeine may increase your risk of miscarriage. It's also thought possible that too much caffeine may contribute to your risk of having a low birth weight baby.
  9. Stop smoking: Smoking during pregnancy can cause serious health problems, for you and your baby. These risks include an increased risk of, miscarriage, premature birth, low birth weight.
  10. Get some rest: The fatigue you feel in the first few months is due to high levels of pregnancy hormones circulating in your body. Later on, it's your body's way of telling you to slow down.To wind down ready for bed, try relaxation techniques, which are safe in pregnancy, such as yoga, stretching, deep breathing, visualisation, massage.

Hello, THEY should betaken only under a gynaecologists supervision as there is a set protocol which can assure completion of abortion and not otherwise. Complications can be heavy bleeding. So don't try on your own.

I am 31 weeks pregnant. 24 years old, first pregnancy. I had an endometriosis in my right ovary. Therefore have to go for cesarean section. At how many weeks will I be able to do the delivery. Should I have to wait till 40 weeks if no problem arises.

It is not essential to wait for 40 weeks. After 37 weeks, the operation may be performed. Yet, I would day it is the sole discretion of the treating doctor who will monitor all aspects before taking this decision.

I had sex with my girlfriend on last month 8th and that was 1 day after her period. This month again on 9th and 11th we had sex and both the time by mistake I came inside her. Though she took i_pill both the time within 24 hour. But m worried about her. Is i_pill safe. Is there any chance of pregnancy as she till now not having her period of this month.

U can't take I pill like U eat peanuts! It's high dose of progesterone and has many side effects. So now wait for the arrival of her menses. Though her chances of getting pregnant is less.

Your AMH level is very low But have you done antral follicular count by sonography by which your ovarian capacity to produce eggs can be assessed. You can consult a fertility specialist and use DHEA for few months which has shown good results in few patients. Meanwhile you will have to take antibiotics to control your PID and also try to loose weight .The ultimate option will be donor egg IVF.

Are her cycles regular or not? when she is planning to concieve she should not eat papaya and pineapple. You should have intercourse between 10 to 20 th day of cycle on alternate days. If she is not able to concieve for 6 mths. Both of you should meet a gynaecologist.

Iam pregnant again after miscarriage lmp 7sep but scan show 5 week 6days 14mm gestational sac for little brown spotting continue even after taking progesterone injection what kind should take for good scan result bcoz next week also I have scan.

Hello, by lamp you are 7 weeks and 4 days, but with usg 5weeks a+ 6 days, so ideally the heart beat in the foetus arrives by 6-7 weeks and hence next scan would be necessary. However the present spotting can be controlled with progesterones and complete bed rest for 48-72 hrs. Avoid moving around much. If the heart beat doesnt arrive by next scan tehn it shall be termed as a missed abortion. Regards.
