Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso? s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises any queries inform me.

Hello. For healthy life diet should be healthy. Follow these steps:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. It is good for digestion. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). Water keeps body hydrated. Avoid cold water. 3. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber and natural fat. 4. If you non veg then eat it less in your diet. It increase weight. 5. Avoid stress and anger. 6. Avoid junk food and fried food. Its rich in calories and fat. It disturb digestion and increase weight. 7. Avoid sweets and carbonated drinks. Prefer fruit juice. Avoid more sweet containing fruits also. 8. Drink green tea 2-3 cups daily. Its good for healthy body. 9. Go for regular walk. Walk after dinner is also good. You can also join gym. Start running, jogging, cycling, aerobics, skipping. It is possible to have high level of uric acid and never develop gout there is known cure for gout but it can be a l deviated through a variety of conventional therapies physician often prescribe (nsad) such as ibuprofen to keep inflammation and pain under control.

Stop fidgeting with your umbilicus just apply betadine lotion oh it twice a day if you keep touching it repeatedly it will it will get infected which I think is already there.

DEAR Lybrate USER. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals. B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. THANKS. AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP for 30 days THANKS.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.
